Just a small quibble We had only one cup and one bowl between two of us for breakfast which was taken in our bedroom Easily remedied by asking for more but we made do

Christel and her husband are charming hosts who welcomed us to our accommodation for the night. The room was large and comfortable and breakfast in the room was presented very nicely. We were glad to take the recommendation to visit the village creperie for our supper.

The location was beautiful, quiet and yet a short distance from the main road for easy onward travel. The grounds are large and off road parking excellent. The breakfast (good) was available in the room for whenever we wanted it which allowed us to depart at the required time.

We stayed there on a Sunday night and we did not find a restaurant open nearby. However the bakery (good French bread etc.) was open in the next village and we ate at the apartment. Suspect that on other evenings this would not be a problem.

Quiet & safe (in terms of a car full of holiday stuff). Lovely location.

In France I expect my morning bakery items to be fresh that morning, not delivered the evening before.

Beautiful surroundings. The owners were exceptionally helpful and chatty with very good English. Angel was a lovely natured dog and very helpful showing us around the grounds.! Accommodation was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was fresh pastries, fruit, cereal, tea and coffee. Highly recommended for a stopover.

Maybe a table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the morning and evening surroundings listening to the peacock!

Very well placed for an overnight stop en route to Calais. Pretty village. Beautiful house. Nicely converted accommodation in the stables.

The property stands in its own grounds. You are provided with an electronic key to open the gate when leaving or returning to the property. the accommodation is separate from the main building which is the owners residence. the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. Breakfast was continental style and served in your room.
