Staff were available 24/7 and we arrived very very late check in. They really helped us feel welcome and quickly settled. Parking was extremely safe and affordable. The room is very comfortable for our family and had a nice terrace we could sit out on. The location is a short walk to station or to the town centre. The rooms always had water to keep us refreshed.

Nothing really to improve. It was just what we needed. We did not want to drive into Paris (especially late) and it was easy to get in the next day.

Great location, fabulous restaurant with amazing service (many thanks to Robert the restaurant manager - he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome) and the food was fantastic. All the staff are so welcoming.

The only annoying thing is that our room door was opened by a staff member checking the room without them knocking and waiting first, while we were in the room. Even if a guest hasn’t put the “come back later” sign on the door, staff really need to knock first - it’s basic good manners and hotel etiquette. Don’t just let yourself in - it’s a bit of an invasion of privacy!

This hotel is excellent. Just a 10 minute walk from the railway station and about the same to the town centre. It is lovely inside and our room was fantastic..very stylish, quite big and comfortable. Everything was cleaned extremely well and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We loved Chantilly and spent most of our days in and around the town rather than travelling in to Paris.

There was nothing really to dislike. We had breakfast at the hotel the first two mornings. There was an excellent choice and everything was great quality but we don't need a big breakfast so the cost of €17 was quite expensive for what we ate.

The hotel was so well placed and easy to get to from Calais. The ‘close’ proximity to Paris makes its perfect to get to by train, around 25min, with the train station literally around 4 minutes walk away. The staff are friendly and so accommodating and the room was very comfortable, clean and on par with more expensive hotels I would say. We unfortunately didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the evening meal and the bar facilities but given everything else I have no doubt it was good. The breakfast had a fair variety of options, it wasn’t huge but was perfect for us. We will be returning to France at some point in the next 6 months and have already said we would make Chantilly and the BW our base as we would love to see more of the surrounding area and the city itself . 🙂

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the frontage of the hotel shouldn’t put you off so don’t judge as you pull up🙂.

Spacious and meticulously clean room. Professional staff. Bright and welcoming lobby. The staff were helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived early, until check-in time. Good location close to train station and about 15 minutes on foot to the castle. Just what we needed and wanted for our trip.

Very spacious room, nice linens, comfortable bed. It's great to find 2 chairs in a room, plus and desk and a small table. Quiet and peaceful. The affiliated restaurant, Le Cob, has very good food and charming waiters.

We missed that there was a garage and it wasn't offered to us on check in. There is ample on street parking but you have to juggle paying the parking regularly and under the trees the bird poop is fierce.

Very clean and comfortable room, large bathroom. Polite staff.

Room was located by the lift which was disruptive from about 6.30 and the buffet breakfast was not covered so there was an issue with flies. Big pillows gave me neck ache, had to revert to using a towel half full way through the night, which was a shame as the bed itself was very comfortable.

Comfortable room. Good friendly staff. Quite a good selection of food. Air conditioning wAs very good. Very good location opposite the forest. Easy walk to Chateau.

The meat and cheese at breakfast was quickly taken and not replenished very often leaving not a lot of choice .

Great location to explore Chantilly and for the races. A selection of bars, restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance. Hotel very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Not much but the bar closed early and at odd times. Breakfast whilst good could have been a little more varied (hot buffet).

One of my favorite stays in France, the Hotel du Parc Chantilly is well-appointed and very clean. The room was roomy for a European hotel room, and the location is superb. It’s an easy walk to many restaurants and a grocery, as well as to the entrance to the Chateau near the horse museum. The staff was warm and helpful.
