Easy to find with clean rooms and well equipped with soap and towels

That it was so impersonal, we had a misunderstanding with another guest (we’d accidentally picked up one of his bags and he seemed to think it was on purpose as opposed to an awful misunderstanding) that there was no one we could talk to about it. Your reception needs to be manned as ideally I would have liked to change rooms as I didn’t feel especially comfortable that he knew where our room was.

Used this hotel for a quick stop over. Needed a family room for one nights sleep and nothing else. It was a great room plenty of space and comfy enough!

Not sure security was as good as it could’ve been. Doors of hotel open and no locked doors to get to lift or rooms. That said we didn’t have any trouble

Location of the hotel was well placed, quiet but with many shops and places surrounding the area. It is perfect for tourists wanting a comfortable place to stay. Any concerns I had were resolved and cleared up by a wonderful worker who went by the name Cardénia, so special thanks to her. Her amazing attitude made us all feel relaxed and welcomed.

The staff corrected an error immediately and wer attentative.

It may happen during the not attended by reception night checkin procedures that you are asked to pay again. But the staff corrected this in my case quickly next morning

This was my first B&B Hotel stay- the booking in procedure is different! The reception desk is staffed on limited hours, and I arrived outside those hours. My phone did not receive the text message to allow " out-of-hours" room access.

Nice and quit room no problem

If I hadn't stopped the shower after 1 minute half the room would have been wet. why litterly half a kilo hair that blocked the drain. Must have been there quite a while it also ruined the door.

Everything was perfect. Just 2 cosmetic remarks. Would be nice to have the instructions for the garbage and better indication of the parking (it is required the remote control to access to the -2 parking). Owner really nice and fast to answer

The room was clean and modern, the bed comfortable, the shower was powerful. Staff were friendly. Fantastic location by the forest and near Cora hypermarket. Bowling alley over the road was interesting. A great stay. Stayed here for the funeral of a friend.
