Stunning building & grounds very pleasant. Dined in restaurant first night which was very French & formal. Food was good, if a little pricey.

Had a problem with window which wouldn’t shut had to get help with it so that was a little awkward but staff were very kind & helpful. We were in an attic room - it was a little tired & bath plug leaked which was annoying so I didn’t enjoy a relaxing bath. If I stayed again & for longer which I would certainly consider I would probably pay a bit more & get a better room.

I am coeliac and very intolerant of gluten so I can become very unwell if I eat gluten or foods that have come in contact with gluten.I would have liked more guidance and information on the breakfast buffet as to what was gluten free. Many foods which don’t contain gluten naturally can pick up traces of gluten during processing or in preparation in the kitchen. Any contact with gluten containing foods through using the same utensils or chopping boards for example would be enough to make me ill. The manager at dinner the previous evening seemed to be very well informed about coeliacs and was especially helpful.

Dinner was delicious . The terrace surrounded by trees was wonderful setting for dining and relaxing .

Rooms were very comfortable and decently spacious. The pool was nice to relax in and loved having the two saunas to choose from. We took the free bikes from the hotel to bike to the chantilly castle, which was great! A very relaxing start to a vacation.

A little bit more information regarding grounds and any pathways would be nice to see in rooms. We found our way and enjoyed exploring the area, so not a dislike, just something to possibly add!

staff not professional enough! asked for an omlette twice, two seperate days, no response, asked for late check out, which according to booking com policies genuis members have the right to late check out, they asked 50 euros to stay from 12/3 pm, for 3 hours only, parking places very far from hotels entrance, and there is no vale service!

We were there to see the château de Chantilly. This was a wonderful place to stay, from the long driveway to the great location. The bar was very nice. Had dinner there on Sunday night as that is when their restaurant was closed. Fabulous charcuterie board! Dinner on the terrace Saturday night was also incredible.

No air conditioning. I knew it and it was only a problem the first night. There was a fan in the room. The second night it was cold. Open windows are great. Pool was being remodeled. We also knew this beforehand.

The hotel was great. The front facade and communal areas were beautiful. Swimming pool, gym areas are also brilliant.

The rooms are clean and tidy but require modernising or be more fitting for such a grand looking hotel. Could easily be confused with premier inn. Although they are clean and comfy

First trip to this kind of hotrl and it was above our expectations. Well styled, and preserved. Great room waited for us with a crib and a little toy in it and a great kids area, shows that they really welcome families and care about the details. Very much recommend and hope to come back.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained chateau along with its scenic surroundings. The hotel also served a very good breakfast.

Unfortunately, the bistro was disappointing and did not meet the high standards expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The Chateau itself is beautiful, the location is perfect and the food at the restaurant is absolutely stunning, but one again the staff made the stay 👌❤️ Excellent care from them!
