The hotel is in the perfect location to visit the town of Chantilly and the chateau. Once you park your car, you can walk everywhere. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the bed and bedding were of high quality. Breakfast had all the usual options - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, great pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit salad, tea and coffee options. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

We had a room on the second floor in an attic space and the ceilings were low there - my husband is very tall and that made showering a little challenging for him.

The staff were very friendly & helpful from the start. Hotel had lots of charm with our own small private outside space with 2 chairs and a table ( not expected ) just the place to sit for an evening drink before going out for dinner, Breakfast was very good with hot food as well as French continental breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Our bathroom which was very big and had a separate toilet,very good but lighting poor.and there was some problems with the shower, which we were told it would be remedied

The standard double room we had had a great corner location overlooking the town square. Love the small seats you can use for reading... The room is very clean and cozy. The breakfast is amazing there was a decent selection and everything tasted great. The ambiance in the breakfast hall is very good. There is also a private hotel parking with chargers for electric cars. The stations for the free buses going to the chateau and the train station are in front of the hotel.

I can't really say anything it was a great experience... Maybe I would suggest not to use metal caps for the toiletries it can be a bit sharp and a possible injury hazard.

The location was excellent. My partner said to me his breakfast was good. The size of the room (standard) was a bit small but ok. The lights were good however one light didn't work, wall et bedside, in the room (I didn't bother to signal it). Altogether we had a very good sejour in this hotel.

The hotel should provide little samples of milk with the tea or Nescafe of the room. When asked for it, however, we had it.

The location in the centre of town & the staff . It was very comfortable, a definite boutique style hotel . The breakfast & dining room were really lovely.

The shower over the bath , you had to hold the hand held shower the whole time while showering. There was no mount on the wall to hold it in place. We suggested this improvement to the property, then it would be great ! 👍

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, great spot from which to explore the city. Really can’t stress enough how great the staff were- far above average and really trying to ensure guests had a positive experience.

Breakfast variety was excellent. It’s 13-15 minute stroll to the station. Market in the square on Saturday.

Breakfast: cereal spoons / larger bowls, pre done pancakes no instructions about warming them up. We were given the suite but website details said mini bar but no fridge to put our bottles of water in.

We walked from the train station to the hotel and were too early to check-in, so the receptionist kept our bags so we could explore the city. When we came back later, check-in was easy and our bags were already taken to the room, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in the building next to the main building which was accessible by an elevator. Very quiet room. Room was large and the bed was comfy. Our bathroom was very clean. Room had a desk and a small chair. We didn't partake in breakfast, but it is offered--there's a bakery across the street, too! Check-out was easy and quick.

The lock on the door didn't quite work right.

Our room was upgraded. It was quiet and spacious. A double sink made washing up easy. Bed was comfy. All in all a very nice room.

There was a two inch "step" in the floor that my wife didn't see so she triped. Would suggest marking the edge with colored tape as the carpet on either side was the same.

Great hotel in Chantilly! Clean, nice, historic. Great breakfast. Walkable to both train station and chateau, and my Uber to CDG the next morning was quick. Definite recommendation if you need to stay closeish to the airport but still want to be somewhere nice, historic, and French.
