The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant 3 nights and while the menu is limited at the moment the food was delicious.

As it is a new property there are some teething issues which staff are working to improve. We had broken table and sockets in our room and there were some issues with speed of service and restocking for breakfast but again this may be down to the fact the property has been open approximately only one week. We have had some issues regarding payment but are working with the hotel to resolve this.

Our whole experience from booking in to checking out was 5 🌟!!! We know the hotel has only been open 3 weeks, but everywhere was so clean and tidy. Walking down the corridor to our room was magic due to the feel and smell of the new carpet - a huge comfortable bed and pillows met us as we opened the room door along with the huge television - the spacious bathroom and shower knocked our socks off. The breakfast was delicious so much so we never had to have lunch. The locality is ideally close to the airport, and found catching the local bus very easy from the bus station that drops you off and picks you up right outside the front door of the hotel. Definitely the hotel that we will be using again.👍👍👍

We only staid for one night but our overall experience was very good. The rooms are spacious, beds are good, and what I was particularly pleased with was that there was a full size mirror (not every hotel has that and who wants to leave the room without knowing how they look like). The service is good, everything was handled well and with a smile. We had dinner at the restaurant and were very pleased with it. So, we were happy with our stay.

There were some problems with the hot water but the hotel staff were notified and were going to have it fixed.

The shuttle service could be extended to cover the middle of the day Minor as it had only opened (I think we were the second guest in the dining room) grouting in bathroom was not finished my experience is that this is a place for mould to grow which will constitute a health risk The fire alarm had on false alarm at midnight on day one and two during the night on day 2, all of which disturbed everyone’s sleep

The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Breakfast was included, and it was a generous breakfast lots of options. We found that the restaurant was new and there was no menu available in the room but we had dinner in the restaurant and it was not too bad. It is only 8 to 10 minutes away from the airport, which was convenient for our stay. They also provide shuttling. Will stay again

The staff was very helpful (except for the towel issue) and the location excellent for our purposes. The breakfast was excellent. The dinner was good.

There was only one towel in the bathroom. My wife and I shared it because it took about 15 minutes to get another one after I had called the reception.

The hotel was exactly what I would have expected, neat, clean and facilities were great. Beds were comfy and a generous size, showers were fab. Staff went out of their way to help.
