Was an enjoyable quiet stay, not a lot to do, it was the perfect unwind to the end of a Europe vacation. English was a little hard we were not in a usual tourist spot, we appreciate the staff for their efforts. We are in France! Our room was clean and comfortable the chateau is beautiful.

We were in France and not in a regular tourist spot so reading menu was a bit difficult most staff did have some english and did try very hard and we appreciated their effort sometimes we felt a little bit of attitude but maybe that it just a culture thing?

all was good except for the fact that after booking i was notified that a wedding party was being held till 3 am in the morning.

after booking and an route the location informed me that a wedding party was beeing held until 3 am in the morning. I could not change my booking and was forced to accept. this was not proffessional and instead of being well rested for the remainder of my trip i had a very bad night.

lovely building and grounds. staff were friendly especially the guy that helped us arrange to move rooms (missed his name sorry). lovely and so quiet. had pool to ourselves both days.

no restaurant. we asked for bottle opener to open our bottle of wine which we had purchased to have in our room/on balcony and we’re charged €9 euros for this. I don’t think that’s fair as it was for our own pleasure in our own room which we had paid for. totally understand if we were consuming it on grounds/in bar but not the room.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Food choice in the bar is very good also.

The hotel accommodates pets, but there are now indoor/undercover facilities where you can have a drink with your pet. You can sit on the terrace, which is fine in the summer but no hood for the colder months. Also no breakfast tea in room.

The 1st morning there was no buffet- given a menu and told I couldn't have an omelette. The choice of food in the Bain Marie was also cold. The 2nd day there was a large selection at the buffet which was much more enjoyable

Great setting in large park/ gardens. Nice restaurant and good service. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms small but comfortable

Bar/terrace service was slow and prices a bit high. Pool Area was tight and a lack of sunbeds - seating

Staff. Grounds. Was a good experience. Even though the restaurant was closed the food service was excellent, well done Chef & kitchen staff. Loved the 'slightly' cheeky girls at the bar - was refreshing to have French wait staff so fun & enthusiastic.

Not quite like the photos - its far more dated than the photos indicated. Rooms are sparse, would be nicer with a bit more furniture. I do realise that to maintain buildings and property of this size is what you are paying for, and i dont mind that.

Nice building from 20 century. Decoration and furnitures are linked to the same period. Staf is attentive and nice. Breakfast was amazing. Very good stay

Pool was uncleaned. Room isn't total dark in the night because of front lights castle.

It was wonderful! Dinner and breakfast very special, delicious. We recommend! Strenghts: staff, cleanliness, peace and accomodation in general. Near to Paris, it was worthy to experience the country-side. 10 minutes from Chateau Chantilly!

Wonderful charming hotel very good food and wine

My dog wasn’t allowed anywhere so I had to eat dinner outside and skip breakfast . Very expensive food .
