I loved the staff's courteousness, especially the front desk. Everyone was good, proper housekeeping was given. I would love to stay there again just because of the staff's good nature. I only faintly remember the front desk's name Dipvantika or something like that. I would love to know their names and thank them all for a pleasant stay. Food was good too, although breakfast options were limited compared with other similarly priced hotels in Ahmedabad.

Location and view were bad. Not expected from Marriott group.

Any staff we met are proud of their roles, professional, experienced, warm, engaging, and friendly. From the security at the gate to security on the door, the greeter Krishna, reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping, all made our stay that much better. A special word to recognise Chaitanya on reception, Elvis on the breakfast shift and the very hardworking and pleasant Payal in the restaurant. Those men in suits made the breakfast service run very smoothly. A nice touch was a cake wishing us a pleasant journey, presented by Payal.

Location in Ellis Road is in the center of all major points. A 30 min drive from the airport. Very convenient. The breakfast spread is good both in terms of variety and quality. I also ordered from the menu for dinner and it was fine.

normal rooms can be bigger. it was a tight fit. As I booked the room via booking.com, I was not able to use my Marriott Bonvoy number. I didn't know the property was part of Marriott or I would have booked directly.

During our visit we found the staff was co-operative and was having a smile on the face all the time we stay . Also they were helpfull in all the way extent we need . Breakfast was so delicious and even we order something special which was not there in there buffet and they took few mins to serve the same . overall stay was excellent.

The location was good and so as the ground staff. We took a help of knowing the location of few places which they explained it in a very good manner .

Staff courtesy is excellent and food is amazing. Hotel is actually at the center of Ahmedabad and hence it helps a tourist to go places within minutes of travel and hassle-free. We were greeted with "Namaste" every single time we met any staff member, even if it was multiple times a day.

About the hotel - nothing bad to say as our stay was very comfortable and well assisted by the staff members of the hotel & it's management.

Have seen many hotels for business traveling, although the rooms are not the biggest, absolutely in my top 3 for cleanliness. Amazing buffet breakfast and dinner, accommodating local and international cuisine. Very friendly staff, helping out with houskeeping and all travel arrangements with their great private drivers. When work was one day postponed and last minute, I had the opportunity for sightseeing amazing Ahmedabad, the hotel arranged me a map and a private driver named Prahlad. He turned out to be a perfect English tour guide, who made sure I did not miss any hidden spots in the most beautiful temples. He really made my day!

Just great. Variety of food - gujarati, European, south lndia, lndian masala tea, number of diff't fruit juices, cchass was brilliant next to what my wife does at home. I'm sure u'll go for one more after having filled ur tummy. Yes, again Four Point spoils u for the b/fast. I'm talking of only veg items only. Other, l hate that so no comments.

Staff from security, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Room facilities were well maintained thanks to Tushar and Chirag. Buffet breakfast, room service were exceptional - slight dietary changes were requested at time of placing orders, these were reconfirmed by the Chef to ensure that this was not due to food allergies. Chef Suneel Kumar and his team maintained a high level of service in the restaurant with preparing and presenting a banquet buffet breakfast and dinner, amazing aray of dishes suitable for all pallets. Gym facility on sight, slightly disappointed Spa facilities were not available within the premises. Thank you to management and especially all supporting staff at all levels for providing a comfortable stay in a well maintained, clean environment. A special thank you to Faridbhai for taking good care of us on our transfer to the airport. He went above and beyond in ensuring my Mum was safely transferred by wheelchair to the depature gate. I would recommend Four points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, (situated 30 minutes from the airport, hotel transfers available), to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay, with attentive staff who have a passion for ensuring you have a good day.

The gate and front door staff, the reception staff, everyone in the restaurant. The chefs and the server Payal were amazing. Attentive and caring about our experience. I've felt welcome here and appreciate it immensely. If I ever return to Ahmedabad it'll be the first place I consider staying.

Not a thing. It was a great stay! Highly recommend for anyone wishing to visit Ahmedabad and looking for a comfortable stay.

Rooms were clean, however, out 4 rooms which we had booked, couple didn't have the fridge, where only one had microwave oven. Though all the rooms were chosen of same specification
