■Staff work really hard, rollerskaters, beach boys, entertainment team, waiters/waitresses polite and smiling all the time. ■Everything is always clean from rooms to outdoors. ■Drink selections in minibar was good. ■Food , burgers at snack bar were very good. ■Did like the Halloween themed night. ■Location is perfect, very modern and very well designed hotel.

■Not enough dinghies at waterpark, most of them were flat, which was dangerous. Some rude guests were never sharing, which should have been controlled by lifeguards , so everyone can take turns. ■Didn't like the fact that when eating outside at the main restaurant people were smoking everywhere. Should have been a separate area for smokers while eating. ■Lastly, missed showcooking, or sweet pastries in the morning, only found croissants. Food was mostly the same every day, couple of new dished here and there, which were not bad at all, there were no themed nights like at nearby hotels. Also desserts tasted the same, just different colours..there were a couple of exceptions though. The chocolate baklavas are divine😋.

Very nice property by the sea with many outside pools and beautiful green areas. The hotel is modern and trendy.

Our stay at hotel was very good. This is the definition of All-Inclusive. Hotel is huge and on every corner there is something, 4 bars, 10 different places for snacks around pools and beach, there is even a burger place and everything is free (except starbacks) but there is also coffee shops with free coffee. Food is amazing and there is too much things to choose, a lot of turkish meals but also classics for foreigners, something for everybody. Also i proposed to my gf in ala carte restaurant and staff prepared beautiful seat next to sea and fireworks. I would recommend this hotel for couples and for families. It is far away from any city or activity, but you have everything u need there.

The only thing that i really didnt like is that almost nobody from staff knows a single word of english. For example when i wanted to talk to some manager about proposal and reservation of ala carte restaurant we had very hard time understanding and had to communicate via google translate. Considering very few turkish people knows english, i was not surprised that cleaning ladies didnt know english, but manager of luxury hotel doesnt know how to communicate most simple english is embarassing for a luxury hotel like this one. On the other hand they were all very kind and trying their best to help me and make our stay comfortable.

The staff and resort are great, with fantastic shows for both kids and adults. The Minilome Club is an excellent feature for older kids; however, it was not ideal for our 1.5-year-old. For children over 3 or 4 years, the service is free, but for younger ones, there is a fee of €15 per hour. Initially, we booked two hours on the first day, but after just one hour, we were called to pick him up as he was crying and they couldn’t calm him down. On the other hand, our older child had a wonderful time, and we especially appreciated Anastasia and the other animators at Minilome, as well as Jasmin, the resort animator – they were fantastic. The receptionist at Minilome was calm and professional, but a bit more warmth and cheerfulness could make a big difference, especially since it’s a kids’ club. A friendly attitude can really help children feel comfortable in this setting. The bar and main restaurant staff were also very welcoming. There is also a bistro bar where you can get warm food until 1 a.m., followed by snacks. One of the bars is open 24/7. The hotel offers additional services such as a hair salon and a doctor. The doctor’s consultation fee ranges between €135 and €180, though if you have insurance, it’s possible that this cost may be fully reimbursed. There are shops within the resort with relatively high prices, but about 100 meters from the hotel, you can find a pharmacy and outlet with slightly more affordable options, though still pricey. The beach area was enjoyable, with a bar nearby where you can easily grab a drink. However, to secure a chaise lounge, you need to get there early, around 7 a.m., as they fill up quickly. As for the pools, the children’s pool and the main adult pool with the swim-up bar were not heated, making them a bit too chilly to enjoy comfortably. Only one of the outdoor pools had a pleasant temperature, and the pools on the balconies were also a good option temperature-wise.

10/10. This hotel keeps the high standards. All good reviews are true. Very good smell in the hotel, luxurious environment inside and outside. We ordered superior double room and it was very spacious, with the view to the outside pools and sea. The bed was bit harder than expected. Spacious shower and toilet. Smart TV with YouTube and phone share screen option. Temperature change option in the room. Free drinks in the mini bar filled daily. Huge food choice (various types of pasta, chicken, fish, sushi, salads, pastries etc.) and a crazy amount of different types desserts. The staff in restaurant really made us feel special as they were running and filling water to our glasses the moment you sit down to eat, offering drinks and taking dishes away after you eat. Overall staff was very caring and kind, some shifts were more outstanding with their attention to guests. You can get water in the bars or outside straight from the cold fridges. Drinks served all the time (wine, beer, cocktails, coffee, anything you want). Also, you can ask for snacks at the bars (mixed nuts and chips). Very fun and entertaining evening mini shows, we really liked the rock band, magic show and bicycle shows. Inside pool and one outside - heated. Daily free activities like darts, volleyball, Zumba, table games etc. Near the hotel there is an ATM with small amount cash withdrawal. You should bring your own slippers and sunscreen (15-30eu each inside hotel and near hotel shops), free beach towels are given in spa area daily. We stayed a week before Easter, the weather was +20 - 24°, could be a little bit cold for a sea swim for some, but it was refreshing. The animation team were very nice, fun and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. It will be hard to find better than this for the price - quality deal that we had in middle of April.

The attention to detail is truly impressive, from the thoughtful design elements to the seamless service, making every moment feel special and well-cared for. The cleaning staff were incredibly kind, always greeting with a warm smile. The restaurant, coffee, and snack bar staff were equally friendly, ensuring that every interaction was pleasant. The reception team was very professional, and I want to express my special thanks to (Ms. Suzanya) I think her name was that, who promptly and efficiently handled my request to change rooms. Her attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

On the evening of Monday, 8/26/2024, during the music party at Pair Bar, I encountered an unfortunate situation at the drinks counter. A tall girl working there made a mistake with my order. When I didn’t receive my drink, she became upset and began explaining the reason for the mistake in a manner that embarrassed me in front of the other customers. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to leave the bar and go to the drinks counter in the main building just to get a simple drink. This incident was disappointing and disrupted an otherwise enjoyable evening.

Our stay at the Mylome Hotel was simply delightful! A big thank you to the whole Mylome team, especially the the diligent housekeeping team, lovely guest relations girls, the fantastic F&B and bar staff. Special kudos to the animation team, particularly Berkay, who, despite his tricky work shift ending at 3 AM and starting again at 8 AM for water volleyball, still brought so much joy and energetic energy. He tried his best and truly deserves a promotion and bonus. Mehmet Sahanwnd and Hakan Yesildag from the F&B team were also outstanding. Your hard work has been noticed, and hopefully, the management team will take prompt action and reward you all accordingly. Everyone's efforts made me and my partner stay truly memorable. Thumbs up to all for an unforgettable experience!

I loved it all, nothing to dislike

Friendly staff, good service, many food options and a good quality of food, kids' club, beautiful design of rooms and public spaces, beautiful and well-cared for garden, great evening shows, well-planned territory (although relatively small), heated outdoor pool, impressive indoor spa area (with finnish sauna, steam sauna, hamam, pool).

The beach area was not properly cleaned (stones, vegetation, litter in the water), sand is mixed with a lot of stones on the beach volleyball playground, not many activities available for teenagers, the animation team is pretty passive.
