Perfect hotel facilities, decor, not to mention special spa treatments like shampoo and event hair conditionner which is hard to find in the hotels🌸 very modern equipment and comfortable beds. All you need for a good rest!

The location is something to mention. We arrive late in the evening and the first impression was OMG it is a trap! The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, literally netween the ramps. In the morning the view was not si bad but still you have to know that this is aomething you have to prepare yourself because photoes do not correspont to that.

5 appartements located in the building on the industrial zone. There is plenty of free parking. No reception. Received clear instructions to enter the building and keycard lockbox. On the ground floor, there is also a kitchen that can be used, and a vending machine with snacks /drinks. Bakery büsch at Edeka around the corner for breakfast, open 7 days per week. Several restaurants within 15 min walking (restaurant Rade). Very calm neighborhood.

Little bit warm in the room, even with the window open, and floor heating off.

The room was very large and modern, there's a huge smart TV where you can log into your streaming services and watch your shows from home! The shower is HUGE, there's shampoo and conditioner available as well

The beds were quite uncomfortable for us as well as the pillows are very thin, we went home with back and neck pain The emails for check in were in German even though I don't speak it

Great option for overnigt stay - the area itself is industrial, but appartments are completely new, freshly renovated, everything is clean. Greatly served for overnight sleep.

the location is about 15 minutes far away of Duisburg central station, the bus station is 50 meters away of the hotel, the hotel is located in a very quite area with a very nice atmosphere, check in and out is by yourself, you don't see anybody there.

instructions should be more clear, like wifi name and password, there is no elevator for upstairs especially when you have 2 or more baggage with you, you have to use stairs. ATTENTION: No elevator, not suitable for wheelchair accessibility

The room is exceptionally clean. It is spacious and very modern just like in the pictures. There are also big supermarkets nearby making it so convenient.

We stayed there two night. There was no cleaning done in the second day of stay. We would also appreciate if there was a mini fridge in the room.

Location is not pretty (industrial area) but convenient. (Petrol stations, shopping centre and supermarket really close)

prompt service whenever i needed something eg extra towels or pillows. vending machines & coffee machines on site. very close to the local Edeka shopping market. Beds were extremely comfortable, shower and room were good size and clean modern build.

Very beautiful room, cosy and quiet. Not very far from the train station, there are some shops near, very easy check-in procedure.

Very clean and luxurious. Nearby Lidl and super chargers for electric cars. good stay when you go to Oberhausen / Movie Park Germany
