During my recent visit to Chikmagalur (3rd week of April), I had the pleasure of staying at the 7 Heaven Villas and Resorts, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the reception, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff, making me feel right at home. 7 Heaven is a beautiful property, with well-designed landscape and clean pools. The property is a blend of mystic serenity with urban comforts. The room that we had booked had mountain view, and in the morning it was completely relaxing to sit in the balcony and enjoy the calm, serene and silent mountain view ahead. The washrooms were extremely clean and tidy. And the floor tiles used had a stone feel, which added a rustic natural feeling to our stay. The service at 7 Heaven was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was providing room-service, arranging for sightseeing (however, we opted out) or providing helpful tips about the local area, they were always ready to assist with a friendly demeanour. Now, let's talk about the food – absolutely divine! The on-site restaurant offered a delightful array of dishes, each bursting with flavour and prepared with the freshest ingredients. From traditional South Indian delicacies at breakfast to North Indian cuisine, every meal was a culinary delight that left me craving for more. What truly sets 7 Heaven Villas and Resorts apart is the genuine care and attention to detail provided by the staff. Their dedication to ensuring a delightful experience for every guest is truly commendable and made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chikmagalur – you won't be disappointed!

The staff were friendly and co-operated well with our requests. They helped sort any issues. Food was very good, well prepared and tasty. The location is clean and the rooms were tidy.

The photos of the room from booking did not match the actual villa that was allotted to me, I was upset about it. Also, the place is over priced for what amenities they had.

Our cot was broken and the mattress was sunk inside. Was not repaired even after mentioning it. So I had to fix it with a garbage bag so that we could get good sleep. This is not a complaint but just a comment!

Breakfast could have been better. Had limited selection. But the available food was well made. The staff notably Ms. Latha went above and beyond in making our anniversary special. Hats of to her.

The restaurant didn't have atleast one staff for help and had to wait a lot of time to get someone to notice you.

View from the property is good.

Sofa in the room is dated and uncomfortable. No hangers in the almirah. Toilet flush was not working. After complaining everything made ok.

The entire team Imran, Mohasin, Latha and entire ground staff are so pleasent and always ready to help. Very courteous, they prepare food on request quite homely feeling. The rooms are well maintained. They arrange vehicles for sight seeing

The resort can add few benches around the property so enjoy the evenings and early morning view.

There is no food menu, the resort cooks very limited option per day which you have to pre book. They are flexible and cook manageable options for old boarders or kids but the menu is too limited and there is no menu card or rate displayed for the food they are selling. That creates a lot of ambiguity about the food bill and you are solely dependent on the attendant to prepare bill and show you what you spent on food on the last day. Although the food was not very expensive but the transparency should be there. Also, would look for more options from them. The main road of the resort is also muddy and off road which makes it very difficult to walk around.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The food is good(Veg), infact delicious but limited options are only available.

Since the property is new there are not many Facilities that can justify the high price. Yes the view is good and the staff is polite. Overall if you just want to relax it's a good place.

Room was spacious with all amenities. Wifi in each room. Balcony view was very good. Staff service also great.

No free dinner included and the food quality was not good.
