The hostel location is really convenient for visiting downtown Gunnison. There was ample parking available. The bathrooms and showers were clean and had plenty of hot water. Our room was quiet at night, and met all our needs for a one night stay.

My husband and I stayed in the small private room off the kitchen. The room is small, and seemed better suited for one person than two. The room was dimly lit and dated, the towels and linens were old/dingy, and the bed mattress sank into the middle of the bed.

What a wonderful place! So funky and laid back and chill with a very comfortable and welcoming vibe. It was so fun to hang with everyone and we even met some college students while we were there looking at WCU! So helpful and fun to meet them and get the inside skinny. We had a blast!

The large private room for just two of us would have been better than the small, but really it was fine and worked for my daughter and I.

Such an awesome place! My mom and I stayed in the private room. The main bed was very comfy and the room was cozy and well-appointed. A shared bathroom was just next door with toilet and shower. The overall house/hostel was warm and inviting. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout and everyone was so friendly. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the area. The value can't be beat.

I have stayed at the property many times over the years, and it is consistent and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, the house is comfortable and relaxing, it is well located for a short walk to the down town area. The bed area is sectioned off well and the beds are comfortable

This was a random choice and unexpected delight. As an elder and physically challenged single female traveler I was happy to find myself at ease, safe, and comfortable. I did some research and spoke to them before booking. Reassured and followed thru.

We had the small extra room for two people. It was indeed very small but exactly as described. The hosts were very kind and the atmosphere was very familiar. Unfortunetly we could only stay one night, but if we ever come back in this area, we will stay longer!

Really no complaints. It could of been a little closer to downtown but everything you want or need is nearby. Downtown was about a 10 min walk.

I was pleasantly surprised as I have not stayed in a place like this in many years. I needed a place to sleep for the night while traveling through and they were great. Easy to find, parking not a big issue, the beds were clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming and informative. The fellow travelers were respectful.

The staff was ultra-friendly, smiling and wellcoming! We felt truly at home. Unexpected surprising interesting nice villague. Next time will try to stay more. Xana, we love you!
