Room was clean.

The breakfast has always been a full hot breakfast prior. This time one of the warmers was not filled due to low census. Ok, make less biscuits then. It would be better to still serve your customers the same food even when there are less people, then to leave items off. It’s not the customers fault that there are less people staying. Keep your menu items the same but scale down on the amount of food you prepare. Otherwise, our stay was pretty good. The hotel could use some deep cleaning as in wiping the walls in the stairwells and bathrooms. The price is also higher than we normally pay for Comfort Inn.

We enjoyed our stay at the comfort Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and up to date. We called for extra linens and a pack n play and both were delivered promptly. Most of the time there wasn’t an agent at the front but they did have a bell to alert them when needed. We did need our bathroom unlocked from our own error and they did have it fixed very quickly. The employees in the breakfast area were very friendly and welcoming in the morning. We enjoyed the pool and were probably the only ones using it over the weekend. The hot tub was also a great hit. The pool was clean but needs updates/ repairs on the bottom of the floor. There was also a taped fan in one of the windows, which seemed odd. The parking lot was convenient and big enough. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

There was a pizza box left in the fridge from the previous guest. The female agent at the front desk Friday and Monday was helpful but not very friendly.

Room rate better than all other properties nearby. They put me on the third floor which I really appreciated. Was quiet and convenient to the stairway. Glad they had a fitness room and provided a complimentary breakfast. Thanks for having a fridge and microwave in the room

Was not told about housekeeping on demand policy at check in (even though they had a sign at front desk: I missed seeing it). Only negative was that one the front desk staff was unfriendly. The rest were friendly and helpful

The room was very large and had two separate vanities which we appreciated since we were there for five nights visiting family. The breakfast was the norm for this type of hotel with hot offerings.

The internet was very slow and intermittent.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was nice to have and had good food.

The curtains in the room did not close the way so light came in early in the morning and made it difficult to sleep. That is all.

The price was really high because of a special event. CATTLEMENS DAYS. which is why we were there.

The breakfast was the best I've seen in years. They had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bisquits and gravy, and a variety of other things. The room was very clean. Overall excellent stay!
