The first night (9/20, 2:30am) we arrived and my key fob battery was dead. This caused a lot of stress for me because I couldn't get into my truck to finishing bringing everything in. It was really late and we were tired from the drive. The front desk receptionist was really great and helpful! He went to the back to find a tool to help open my fob and even a small hard to find battery that I needed for it. This was really great of him and above and beyond! That made the stay at the hotel really great! Thank you

Hotel was very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. I had a King mini suite on the 3rd floor, high ceilings and room overlooked a prairie. Really nice roomy room, the IHG bedding is wonderful and comdy. Bed felt really clean and fresh, Keurig coffee maker Breakfast was excellant lots of choices nice to have eggs and sausage in addition to other choices. They had "to go bags". Staff super attentive to keeping breakfast area clean and stocked. Great area to sit and have breakfast. Location is great just on the edge of town so quiet, and a hiking trail behind hotel, yet just a 2 min drive to downtown. I will stay here and drive an extra 30-60 min to sight seeimg locations just to have the pleasure of staying here. Thanks to all the staff!

Bathroom sink was slow draining and stopper didn't work right. Minor issue I told them on ck out and the front desk staff was right on it!

The best breakfast I've ever seen at any hotel in my 68 years! The front desk clerk was the best! He went above and beyond with customer service!

Very sticky floors in room. I know since COVID, most hotels mop with a different cleaner. These floors were the stickiest! Besides that, it was wonderful!

location, size and comfort of room, good breakfast and very few hiccups. There is always one or two things that can and usually do go south on any trip, in any hotel. We stay in high end hotels in New York, Seattle, New Orleans and San Fransisco and your hotel stacks up well against all of them. The only two (very minor) issues were that we had to get the room cards reset a few times and there was one front desk clerk that although, very helpful did not display any warm ans fuzzy feeling as the other staff members did

The staff was helpful. I liked that it was on the edge of town. The breakfast was great!

They seem to have had a problem trying to locate my reservation, which was a little unnerving. But as I said above, the staff was great and they were persistent, and they found it.

It is okay. Maybe a little more variety. The juices were out. People were a little upset. Store was bare for dinner entrees.

More lighting around the Elevators. A little bit dark for my taste.

It was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, the coffee maker was an issue had to wait in line on busy days

The room is modern and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Big indoor pool and jacuzzi. Great selections for breakfast. If you are going sking and can;t find a place in Crested Buttle or want to save some money, this is it..

The person at check in was super helpful. Made sure the room we book was what we were getting and even gave us a choice of floor. He even got us extra bedding for the sofa bed for the kiddo

Bed wasn’t very comfy. The carpets need to be cleaned. Walking around with bare feet and our soles where blackened

Location, cleanliness, good breakfast, staff were friendly.

As a short person, the beds are very high off the ground. I will book an accessable room next time. The bathroom door jamb was warped a little when closing.
