The hotel has a great location, right on the slope to literally ski in. It is a bit older, and one of the elevators break down often. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated. But the Management, Avery, really gives a personal touch to assure the best hospitality is offered. He made the difference for me

As I said, the elevators working efficiently was tough. The food in the restaurant Jose was not great.

The room was a decent size. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Having two full height closets, one for each person was quite nice. This hotel was perfect for our stay while we attended the Blister Summit 2024. The microwave and full dish set for two was a nice touch.

Breakfast was not included, but they had some grab and go items available at the bar. Parking was $30/night. The shower pressure was slightly lacking. And I believe the fan in the bathroom was at knee level by the sink which was odd. The room seemed a bit dated but overall was okay. No freezer in the mini-fridge. We had tacos one night at Jose and would not recommend.

I had a room overlooking the base area, which was great. The guys in the Ski Valet were great, and very helpful after I had an equipment malfunction.

It would have been nice if they are a real coffee pot available for the room; I hate Kuerigs. I was in a room with a stove but there were no cooking utensils. What a waste. I shouldn't have to pay for parking at the hotel, that is horrific.

The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were very nice in and around the building. Very nice place to get away from the front range crowds.

My only complaint is the parking garage situation. A building this size needs much more adequate parking options. Especially since they’re charging for it. We ended up finding parking only because someone left after we drove around the garage for 10-15 minutes. But then we were reluctant to leave and go explore the town of Crested Butte, because we didn’t know if we would be able to find it again when we got back, so we ended up just staying at the resort and calling it an early evening.

We love staying at the Elevation hotel for the wonderful skiing experience. Each time we visit there are more fun times and such convenience! The staff was great and met each request quickly. We enjoy the breakfast at Jose's before skiing, the quick ski storage service, the Apres music inside and outside and the hot tub after a day on the slopes.

More parking would be good.

Excellent location. Super fun to sit outside by the fire pit and watch the youth mountain bike activities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to Snodgrass Trail and easy access to waterfall hike and Rocky Mountain research laboratory plenty of food choices.

Needs a bit of updating and additional kitchen items, such as Civil War/glasses.

The staff at the front desk was amazing. They were kind and informed about things we needed. The waitress at Jose's went above and beyond to help us get something to eat right as they were closing.

Parking is too expensive, and very difficult for tall vehicles. The ramp up to the outside parking is very steep and our truck scraped the bottom getting up. There was no ice bucket in the room.

the room and location were perfect. loved the balcony. loved the text message system for hotel assistance.

it wasn’t clear that the pool and jacuzzi were available to guests…on the website it seemed like it was only for guests who purchased a Spa treatment, and no-one let us know otherwise… would have been helpful to have an info sheet to look at in the room describing hotel services and amenities. We ran out of reg coffee pods after day 1(only had decaf) so i asked for a couple more specifically saying not decaf, and they left 3 decaf and one reg coffee pods instead. we made due…not a huge deal.

Fantastic ski hotel, Large rooms with kitchenette. Good bars and space. Fun games room. Ideal location slope side, with adjacent parking.

Pool was cold, and the hot tub too small (always full). The breakfast only opened at 8.00, should have open at 7:00 in order to start skiing when the lifts open at 9:00.

I got hurt on the mountain riding my Mountain Bike. Alexis (one of the managers) went out of her way to walk and feed my dog and then take him to Critter Sitters so that he could be taken care of while I was in the hospital. Emma and Samantha were also very nice and helped me get my belongings out of my room so that two ladies at the hospital could pick up my truck and bring it to me in Gunnison. Everyone was just so nice and went above and beyond to help me when I needed it the most. Thank you!
