It literally is a sky in sky out hotel, you just have to walk like 1 min and you are on the slope skiing. There is a mall in front of the hotel so you don’t have to worry about food because you have everything there. The parking lot is next to the hotel. I really enjoyed staying here. I’ll 100% recommend it. Breakfast was great and the employees were really nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room and in less than 10 minutes they helped us to get in again. The hotel is a little bit old but great bed, bathroom and the room had a great space, but you will be most of the time out doing activities. For the location it worth the money!

No that I didn’t like but I think they could update the room door lock to one without key, because it is a destination with a lot of aventures and extreme sports so you can lose the key easily.

The check-in process was simple. The receptionist was very informative and helpful. The main area was stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot water, plastic wear, and plastic utensils. There is a fireplace and large windows with a view. The room was comfortable and we were located on the 4th floor which is actually ground level so that was nice. We didn't get a chance to get in the heated pool or hot tub. Which was a bomber, but there is always next time.

The thermostat in our room worked too well! It was hot! We couldn't adjust it even though we tried. The heat dried out my nasal cavity while I slept so I woke up in discomfort both mornings. Also, there were only 2 wash clothes. We had to turn in those two towels (used) in order to get new clean ones. Overall, I can't complain though. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

We arrived for breakfast at 9:05 but all was gone. We asked if there were any food available and was told it was removed at 9:00. I think the individual removing the food could have offered us something. We thought breakfast was until 10:00 and we were only 5 minutes late.

The location of the hotel is excellent, we were here in June, but for skiing it would be great too. Its an older property, but still very nice, and well looked after. The pool is great, with a fantastic view. Parking was free and just over the road in the village car park, I'd imagine it gets very busy at peak times, no issues for us though.

Air con would have been welcomed, though there is a fan, and we had the windows open to cool down overnight. Breakfast is very basic, but we liked the waffle maker. Hard to eat it with plastic cutlery.

Location great - close to the slopes. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. It had a bath and shower - good for us. The continental breakfast is basic but included in the price. The staff allowed us to cook bacon and eggs in the microwave, which was great. The hot tub was excellent and clean. It was great being able to keep our skis in the room. We were very close to the shops and restaurants

The electrical system looked a bit suspect, with lots of plugs in one socket

Worked well for travel around Snowmass and Aspen area. The pool and hot tub were so nice even in a cold night in October. We did have to carry suitcases down a flight of stairs. There is not an elevator. If you can’t do stairs ask for a room on the fourth floor which is where the lobby is located. Breakfast really is continental. The shuttle service is amazing and unexpected. You don’t have to drive to Aspen or all the way to Glenwood springs. Bus service was easy, convenient and amazing

Exceptionally comfortable and clean. I always look at the bathroom grouting to see how well the rooms are maintained. This was spotless clean as was the rest of my room. Comfortably furnished, large room with sofa, table, refrigerator and very friendly professional staff. Highly recommended

There is no air conditioning at this hotel. Usually this is not much of a concern in the mountains since temps typically cool off at night but we happen to be there on a hot weekend. Just something to note.

The room was comfortable and clean. The attendant that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The only thing I was disappointed in was breakfast. Very little to choose. I had bagel and it had an old taste. We stopped on our way out for breakfast. This cost us time getting to the airport. I booked this hotel because they had breakfast and it would save time.

Great location! The place is clean, beds super comfy. Breakfast was OKish. I appreciate the coffee and hot water during the whole day

I think real silverware would make a huge difference. I could not spread butter on my toast because the plastic knife was too bendy. In one week we went through a LOT of disposables just for breakfast
