There was a young man working in a fancy bar/restaurant at the top of the stairs by the Treetop? place. He went above and beyond to be able to give us direction. He was the ONLY employee that I felt gave the kind of customer service you would want representing your establishment.

We felt confused by many of the directions we were given. Even though we were handed a map, the first clerk seemed rushed to explain things to us. The second clerk was a little better in his customer service. However, neither of them had important info. regarding how many places were closed. The guys at the top of the gondola at the Mall really needed more understanding of what was available up there and where it was. I felt as though we were interrupting by asking questions. Overall, we were disappointed with the customer service.

Wouldn’t be beat nor could the amazing staff and lobby lounge restaurant area. Our room was perfect for what we needed. We loved it all! A shout out to Paul the night auditor on the AM of 1/3. We had to leave bright and early to beat a snowstorm driving home to Wisconsin and our kids were starving. wWithout being asked, he showed up at the car with a bunch of snacks for them and wished us well on our way! It was above and beyond we are so grateful. Please extend our gratitude to him.

We eat cereal for breakfast so we ate that in the room, again helping to average the pricey restaurants meals to a more palatable average cost. The walk to the slope from the Stonebridge Inn was short and easy (maybe 3-4 minute walk in ski boots).

Everything there is more expensive than most places we ski but we figured out ways to make it work for us. If you eat out every meal, and if you get true ski in, ski out accommodations, then you will pay a lot. You just have to decide what is important to you and figure out how to make it work for you.

The hotel really benefits from a ski in ski out location with a fantastic heated pool and large jacuzzi/health club. lovely to soak up after a days skiing. the food was good and the hotel was very comfortable

It was a shame the bar and restaurant was not open on Tuesday and Wednesday. caught us out a little. I would also like to see a more comfortable/welcoming lobby with the bar open and available from say 3pm onwards. the hotel would really benefit from that.

Great location ski-in/ski-out. Heated outdoor hot tub and pool were enjoyable. Fitness facility was very clean and had good fitness equipment. Good quality remodeled restaurant and bar.

Room was very warm at night and had to keep window open to cool.

Loved the hotel theme, attention to detail of mountain/ski/cabin look, room was clean, spacious, friendly staff, and the restaurant served excellent food at good prices. Hotel is close to shops, and in the Snowmass village with pretty views without paying Aspen prices. It’s 18 miles from Maroon Bells so it’s close enough without paying Aspen high prices.

Wish they had air conditioning, understand they rely on ceiling fans & in the mountains you typically don’t need it, but it was hotter than usual this summer so at night was hard to sleep.

The hotel is a great value for money in terms of the room. What makes a big difference is the cleanliness, the staff which was welcoming, responsive and warm. The meals that come from Artisan restaurant are top notch! We discovered them only on second day and regretted that we ate outside on the first. Warmed pool outside was great for us and the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again in the future

Parking is not managed by the hotel and not organized, but still manageable.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good size for family with small kids. Beautiful property

The room did get warm without AC. The windows worked well, but in order to let air flow through you couldn’t close curtains, and the light came through right on faces at night. You also heard all outside sounds.

The location was great. So close to the slopes, it was an easy walk. Nice high hot tub and gym and well as a stellar restaurant on site. The hotel is not new but facilities were fine. I loved the smell of the toiletries.

Good breakfast buffet makes starting the day easy, and kids prices mean the value is quite good overall.

Restaurant serves dinner, but service was slow/inattentive and food was unimpressive. Overall would recommend eating elsewhere.
