This exceptional hotel, by far the best of the three I stayed in a recent trip to Brazil, is located in a very posh residential, walkable and safe area with many excellent restaurants and groceries in walking distance. The receptionists, the best being Guiherme Ramos, all spoke very good English and were invariably attentive and kind--they print your documents and extend the checkout time for several hours free of charge. The facility, beginning with a roomy glass-walled breakfast/dining room, is also superb and includes a good-sized gym, a dry sauna and a roof-top swimming pool. My room, on the top floor, came with a nicely appointed kitchenette and a large fridge. The balcony had a sweeping city view as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Campinas.

Lovely location, excellent accomodation & great staff - Mateus, Pamela &Yasmin, in alphabetic order, as all of them are equaly 10 out of 10!

Don't some breakfast staff realize that they are doing more to deter guests than to help them? In my case, twice the excellent Pamela had to call them out on it because they were blocking my path - and I was walking from the buffet to my table, carrying a cup full of hot coffee, and it was Friday, and I was already getting ready to leave breakfast, get in my car and go to a meeting.

We were on a business trip to Campinas and I am Design Hotel fitted our requirements perfectly. The staff were Very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and the food and service was good. The rooms were spacious and it was useful to have the separate lounge area to the bedroom. A nice ‘bonus’ was the gym and pool on the roof of the hotel with great views over the city.

I don’t have any complaints about the hotel.

On a positive note, the room was clean, and room service was excellent. The air conditioning and soundproofing were good. The reception staff were respectful, friendly, and helpful.

If you're allergic to fungi, avoid touching the bathroom walls, and refrain from hanging anything there. The internet wifi strength and speed are so low that browsing the internet or using social media is challenging. The pool was not 100 percent clean. The breakfast was not exceptional, rating it 3 out of 5 compared to other hotels I've visited.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff in restaurant, room service also excellent.

Noisy. Partly due to location but I was very surprised that a hotel of this standard didn’t have double glazing to cut down on outside noise. We were also kept awake on our second night by a drunken couple on the floor above who made a lot of noise throughout the night, mainly on their balcony. Double glazing would have helped with this as well.

Nicely studio apartments which are well appointment but could do with slightly better sound proofing. A truly incredible 12th floor pool which was amazing to watch the sunrise from. Friendly and polite staff with a good breakfast too.

The roof area & pool really are as lovely as they look in the pictures. The staff & ambience were great. Over a few days we had breakfast, lunch buffet & a la carte dinner in the restaurant & thoroughly enjoyed them all. The apartment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Recommended.

Nothing. But maybe consider adding a yoga mat or two to your excellent gym.

Checkin was confuse, the information about traveling with pets was not documented in the resrvation. Extra tax for each pet on topo of the dayli fee was expensive.

Beautiful hotel, modern and comfortable with an attentive and polite staff. The location is perfect, breakfast is delicious with lots of options. The internet is fast and the bed and facilities in the room is excellent

I would like the spend more time

The location is great, close to some nice restaurants and a main avenue (Norte Sul) that takes you to a lot of places in Campinas. A little bit pricey, but overall very nice place to stay.
