This is a family run hotel, and what a family! The staff are excellent, and we were particularly impressed by Maeryl - young, keen, energetic, friendly, and professional. Valerie, too, head chef and daughter of the family ownership, was superb. She welcomed us like a friend, ensured we were happy with our room, and then in the evening created a terrific meal. The location is peaceful, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities we needed. But the real win is in the service - nothing was too much trouble - and the food in the restaurant (for this alone it should have another star on its rating).

There is nothing my wife and I didn't like about this hotel. We shall definitely put this on our list of preferred hotels to use on our travels between Spain and the UK.

Good location for us, friendly staff, good food, huge comfy bed, nice shower.

Breakfast was bit too diy for us and limited but usual fare for euro, didn’t really see all of the property

Right out in the sticks, but a real bonus when we found it. The restaurant was exceptional, definitely a real surprise.

Parking was a short distance from the hotel, so a nuisance when carrying a number of items from the car.

very comfortable bed, good shower - a good basic level of accomodation. The dinners were excellent quality and value - worth having even if you’re not staying there. The family who own and run it are very kind.

The location is along a road with no real walking space.

As we left at 6 in morning we served ourselves. The owner and her daughter were outstanding…. Nothing was impossible…. We were shown fridge, coffee machine etc night before so we had a good breakfast … We would recommend this
