Nice hotel, staff are very attentive and always willing to help. We stayed for about 12days. The a la carte choice of food in the restaurant was amazing, for breakfast, may be there should be more variety but overall it was ok. They had everything you need for a simple breakfast. The coffee machine was a different story, it takes about 15mins to get a coffee and i didn’t have time to wait, so never had a coffee there. The room are quite spacious and has almost everything to make your stay comfortable. The lack of a safe and fridge in the room were a bit annoying. Again the staff managed to get us a fridge for our stay. There were few issues with the room we initially got, some drain smell at night, as soon as we mentioned it, they moved us to a different room and there, we have experienced some other issues with the lights and finally got a third room and it was good. Each and every time we asked for something, the staff went out of their way to accommodate. They were all extremely nice, kind, helpful and super welcoming. The location os very central. I will be back and will also recommend this hotel to other people. Thanks everyone. The staff do make this hotel nicer and pleasant.

It gets too busy and noisy during the weekend with all the events happening at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Station, Bombay Market (in Surat) and the city. The staff were very helpful and attentive, nothing too much or too little for them. The reception staff very helpful with any advice, direction or information. The Breakfast was well prepared and presented and you could ask for any fresh dishes you required. We had our evening meals at the hotel and were very impressed with the standard and quality of food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surat.

I would ask that the room's soft furnishing were cleaned regularly.

It was my first time visit to Surat and right from booking the hotel prior to my visit n getting all the things arranged including communication with the reception and my entire stay for four days was excellent and an amazing experience! I must appreciate staff Ms. Samira/ sir Zubair/ sir Ganesh / sir sulaiman and all the staff at the restaurant and the hotel… great team n great work !

I loved everything,check inn was smooth,rooms were big and washroom were big,it had all amenities,hotel has gym,breakfast had many varieties,location is perfect,customer service from receptions to staff were very helpful and supportive,they allowed our luggage to stay at hotel after check out so it was very helpful for us. They have a restaurant there and public toilet were also very clean. Overall this hotel is very good and maintained,will definitely come back again.

Pleasant room, well maintained. Kind staff. Room quite clean. 3 minutes walk from train station.

No mini fridge nor safe in the room. I asked in advance to remove all dust because I’m allergic , still there was dust in closet and on bed frame. No visitors allowed - makes me feel jailed a little bit.

The hotel is situated just 5 minutes walking distance fr Surat Railway station. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the area and by far it is the most central location in the city. The rooms are reasonably big for a couple and a child. The bathroom is also spacious. Anyone who is arriving in train to Surat, this is the perfect location to stay. The brekfast fare is very decent . The staff are most cooperative and smiling. They also had parking space for atleast 9 cars and we always found parking despite the hotel being booked for a marriage party. That's a blessing considering it's a very busy area. And despite the crazy noise outside , once inside the hotel it was very quiet. The airconditioner inside the room was also very good. Despite 40 degrees Celsius heat outside the ac chilled the room within 5 minutes at even 23 degrees Celsius temperature setting .

The bathroom had only half a partition between the wet and dry area. It should have got a full partition. Also the lights and exhaust fan of the bathroom was fully sensor based. So middle of the night even if you moved the lights inside would get switched on automatically and one had to wait atleast 2 minutes before it switched off. The fan speed was also very low. On the first morning there was no hot water so that was a bit inconvenient. These are small things but important to be looked at. Other than that, our stay was most pleasant.

We were very happy with all the staff, and the location was very good.

Only thing I didn’t like was the traffic noise, whole day traffic is very busy on the front of the hotel.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Only thing was little smell from bathroom when u start shower. Good maintained hotel at convenlocation of Surat.

The best part of this hotel is the location, it is walking distance from surat railway station. You can see that extra efforts were put in designing this building in an aesthetic way. The staff are welcoming.

Nothing not to like. Only recommendation for improving is to have firmer bed and less firm pillows.
