It was above and beyond. The manager himself prepared for our stay. Everything was well organized and clean. We also got an upgrade for a little bit of price difference. We got a 2 floors suite with jacuzzi and an amazing sea View. The landing area of the paragliders were literally in our view. Room service was very respectable. Receptionists were very professional and friendly. We came late at 23h, so we stayed late check out till 14h.

View is phenomenal facing directly the Mediterranean sea, the Suite with Spa room is spacious with a Spa tub facing the beach view at floor 11, providing the best relaxation setup you can ask for. Room was clean, and had the perfect weather condition at check in. Check in process was fast and simple. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

There isn't anything I didn't like, the path from the underground parking to the reception was a bit confusing at first, but because the staff were extremely helpful, it wasn't a problem.

The large tub bath inside the room with the sea view was exceptional, the staf was friendly, generous and very good welcoming, parking underground, near everything, i certainly recommend it.

I would like to swim in the indoor swimming pool but it wasn't available by that time.

The place was great. Breakfast was delicious staff, especially the receptionist Roger top bloke, which was very helpful and accommodated to our needs. The gentleman that parked our cars who gave us great tips on where is great to get around beirut thank you all will definitely come back again.

All employees there were super friendly and made the stay very pleasant. Food was very nice and breakfast very rich

Great and hospitable staff and very high level of service. The location is very good and there are many activities around it. The level of cleanliness is very high.
