The hotel is nice and very clean. I’m always comfortable there and the staff is nice.

I have stayed at this same hotel 3+ times in different rooms and each time, none of the tvs allow you to cast Netflix and there’s an error Air Play is not available. I even called the tech number the front desk gave me and they couldn’t get it to work either. This need to be FIXED! If you’re not going to use smart tvs that already have streaming apps already installed this feature need to work seamlessly. It ruined my stay because I couldn’t watch movies and they don’t have good movie channels.

This is a new (less than a year) property and it’s wonderful….clean, large TV, comfortable bed, simple design….no carpet which we prefer as it feels cleaner…wonderful shower and huge bathroom. The breakfast was fine…choice of breakfast sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, great coffee, bananas. It’s all we needed. It’s easy off and on to I-20. The staff, James and Linda who checked us in, were very friendly. I didn’t get the morning staff names but they were very friendly too. We love that it’s pet-free and smoke-free!!

Greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Ms. Linda, she was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed may have been too comfortable because it was hard to get out of it..lol..overall our stay was very pleasant and every event we had planned was literally 10 minutes from the hotel.. I love that there are no shower curtains so no mold to worry about..a big plus

I wish there was a microwave in our room,and a real closet,but we were only there for the weekend so it worked out, only has a ice machine on the first floor

Very nice and helpful staff and VERY clean facility! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything in our room worked properly. The hallways were nice and quiet, we couldn't hear any inside traffic.

It was a little difficult to access from the road. Our GPS kept taking us to the church parking lot behind the hotel but we eventually figured it out. Nothing you can do about this but our room faced the main road off the highway and the highway as well. It was a little noisy in the evening on a Friday night with heavy traffic. But that's just the down side for the convenience of not having to drive into town for a hotel. Next time I'll request a room on the other side of the building.

Considering the price their breakfast is simple but generous. The earlier you get there the more choices. Get up early for breakfast. I have no complaints about what is offered .

Staff is always great, Faye checked me in, shes great and as i was leaving for the night out the guy with the long beautiful hair took my pictures for me!! He was amazing Location on point. Cleanliness 5 star. This was my 2nd stay but it won't be my last

Great stay, employees/staff, the rooms, cleanliness etc...very satisfied. I actually came over about 2am from another hotel that was just so nasty that I couldn't feel/get comfortable enough to fall asleep. It was refreshing to walk into an Avid room after the other place.

Maybe a little bit more for the breakfast in the morning....pancakes, biscuits and gravy...

Breakfast was ok, would have liked more hot item options. The friendliness of the staff who were very accommodating. Everything was great except what I have written below.

I asked to have one of the beds sheets changed and housekeeping only made the bed. This is the only complaint I have. All other staff went above and beyond except housekeeping.

cost and cleanliness

water fountain broke, no pool, no place within walking distance to go get a drink or food. had to drive a 15 ft uhaul truck to bww where parking was a nightmare for that large truck.

Great new hotel!!Super friendly, helpful and professional staff made it an extra great stay!! Rooms are very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good and easy to grab quickly. Location was very convenient -- is right off the main road so in a busy area. Overall amazing place and value and will definitely be back!!
