How clean that is smell clean when you come walking in front of the building. How everything functions. Housekeeping was great. It look how you expect when you see the picture online. I’ve stay in many Holidays Inn specially all over Arkansas and this one by farthest is the best one we have stayed in.

This is hard but if I have to say something it would just be not allowing people to smoke marihuana at the pool specially with kids swimming maybe like smoke detectors I don’t but we were leaving when it started so we didn’t get much of it but there were kids there.

Customer service was excellent. The young man at the front desk was extremely nice and smiled the entire time . We need that in the world today 💕He allowed me to check in early as well and i appreciated that ! The room was cleaned . Everyone else was also nice ! The room smelled fresh and I the bed was sooooo soft. Breakfast was good too. Ill be back

how big and clean our room was. comfortable beds and pillows! the breakfast was amazing and those workers was phenomenal! the sweetest people you will ever meet. they made check in and check out so fast and pleasant! thank you for a great stay!!!

there wasn't anything that we didn't like, we loved it all so much!

Took about 5 mins to drive to UA so it was very convenient. The room had everything I needed and was clean. The hotel was very well organized, all info provided on check in which made it very easy. The rooms were also very well sound proofed, the hotel was full and I wasn't disturbed at all.

have a Mac is a property was, the rooms were stunning, and the beds are absolutely the most comfortable almost like a five star hotel

it was nothing I did not like about the property. It was so conveniently located to the University of Alabama, and all the stores around. It was an absolute A+ day, and I’m a fussy person when it comes to hotels.

The breakfast offered was what one would expect, but I really like those warm cinnamon buns! Healthier options were available, and the breakfast comes free with the price of the room. We were traveling to avoid Hurricane Ian, and then to visit Birmingham and Montgomery before heading back to Florida. Location mattered only in that it would be easily accessible, and it was! We stayed for two nights and can't say enough to recommend this hotel. It is very clean, and very comfortable, and the staff members are absolutely wonderful - very helpful and friendly! We wish we could let them know how much we appreciate them.

Great location, friendly staff at the front desk and breakfast crew.

I was there for 3 nights. We had 1 regular coffee pod in our room and once that was used it was never refilled. Also dirty towels taken but no new towels left.

The location was amazing, the pool was perfect for me and my son, the room was clean and comfortable. I don't think we could have stayed at a better place. If we ever come back to AL we will definitely stay again.

Cleaning staff entered room with out knocking. Then continue to come to the room about every 15 minutes, till we checked out. Room didn’t have the Tub I paid extra to get in the room.

Great location for Bama game. Shuttle to game across the street. staff was amazing. Very clean hotel. Big Al came to visit at a free reception they held. One of our best trip highlights! Housekeeping was top notch!

Door had about a 2 inch gap under it. Our room had a plug in just hanging out of the wall but not a big deal.
