Breakfast was great; loved the waffles and yogurt. and the juice wasn't watered down, and the coffee was hot and fresh. Maybe you should offer veggie sausages as a meat also for us that don't eat meat

The iron did not work, and the ironing board cover wasn't secure; The outlets for the plugs in the suite bedroom didn't work.. I was given a second iron but it only lasted a day, and the door would not lock during our last day.

I am not a big breakfast person, but I did enjoy the fruit and yogurt. My husband was quite pleased with the breakfast. We had a nice quiet breakfast and he enjoyed it.

I had no dislikes.

The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was delicious.

The miscommunication between Booking.com and the property regarding a room with a Jacuzzi. Upon arrival, I was told the Jacuzzi room was not reserved after booking and paying for it on Booking.com. Thankfully, the desk attendant was helpful and made the reservation to reflect Booking.com.

Very comfortable rooms and quiet enough AC/heat units which I loved. Breakfast is very decent to get a quick bite if you're on the go. My room had a loose shower rod, but not a big deal.. that could have been the previous guess that just pulled on it and someone failed to notice / report it. otherwise A+

Everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room exceeded my expectations. I love the setup and cleanliness.

I had one small hiccup, I was given the wrong room at first , I let the font desk know and she corrected it right away and even upgraded my room for free for the inconvenience

Rates were high. No hot tub. Disappointed in being told upon check in there are incidental fees to be charged before we even stay in out room. My card had already been charged for my room rate and never once were the incidental fees mentioned prior.

Close to interstate. Lits of restaurants and shopping near by. Hotel receptionist Alanna was very outgoing and courteous, helpful and a pleasure to speak with! The breakfast buffet was awesome. Well stocked and best link sausage I’ve had in a while!

No drive up canopy to get out of weather while unloading. Also the curb ramp was off to the side by the sidewalk but was blocked by a car parked in front of it.

Everything was great, clean, comfortable, quiet (for the most part) and friendly.

The guests in the room directly above us were loud. Stomped across the floor back and forth half the night and then again the next morning. One of the windows was open about 2 inches and would not close. But it was still comfortable in the room.

It was away from traffic, yet close enough to everything. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was great each morning!

The tub did not drain properly every time one of us showered. The hallways reminded me of the American Horror Story Hotel where it was all outdated from the lights to the stained carpet. definitely did not match the lobby or the rooms.

There was a good selection and very nice lady that was helping us.

I had a little trouble adjusting the thermometer - It was ok - but couldn't seem to get it cool enough
