Breakfast was great; loved the waffles and yogurt. and the juice wasn't watered down, and the coffee was hot and fresh. Maybe you should offer veggie sausages as a meat also for us that don't eat meat

The iron did not work, and the ironing board cover wasn't secure; The outlets for the plugs in the suite bedroom didn't work.. I was given a second iron but it only lasted a day, and the door would not lock during our last day.

The card I used had to be changed and the staff didn't know how to switch the card and when we checked out the manager was very rude she didn't say anything even though she checked us in and was aware I know that the card was on file I also worked hotel front desk for years and this was not very professional other than that it was ok

I am not a big breakfast person, but I did enjoy the fruit and yogurt. My husband was quite pleased with the breakfast. We had a nice quiet breakfast and he enjoyed it.

There were people sitting by the front door drunk openly consuming alcohol. There was a middle aged man sitting with his child by the pool consuming liquor, rolling marijuana and smoking it. Bed was hard as a rock. Needs to be renovated.

The miscommunication between Booking.com and the property regarding a room with a Jacuzzi. Upon arrival, I was told the Jacuzzi room was not reserved after booking and paying for it on Booking.com. Thankfully, the desk attendant was helpful and made the reservation to reflect Booking.com.

Very comfortable rooms and quiet enough AC/heat units which I loved. Breakfast is very decent to get a quick bite if you're on the go. My room had a loose shower rod, but not a big deal.. that could have been the previous guess that just pulled on it and someone failed to notice / report it. otherwise A+

I had one small hiccup, I was given the wrong room at first , I let the font desk know and she corrected it right away and even upgraded my room for free for the inconvenience

Only has one ramp for the carts when unloading my vehicle. It was blocked off by another vehicle so I had to get another guest to help lift the cart so I can get my things up to my room.

Rates were high. No hot tub. Disappointed in being told upon check in there are incidental fees to be charged before we even stay in out room. My card had already been charged for my room rate and never once were the incidental fees mentioned prior.

The room was very clean and comfy. We stayed on the first floor, which was very convenient.

I didn't like the fact that the guests above us were heavy walkers. It sounded like they were running through the room at 5am.
