The breakfast was fresh and the location is perfect.The location was in the heart of things and not far from anywhere we needed to go.The room was big clean and comfortable.I really was surprised the condition of the room was more than i expected and was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The two managers who helped us upon check in were so nice! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived early but the gentleman kindly offered for me to put our bags in the room anyway. He escorted me to the room. The cleaning staff was waiting to clean the room for us. The decor in the lobby was a bit dated, but the cleanliness of our room and the rest of the hotel were exceptional. The staff was also exceptional! Highly recommend! Very close to UA campus too!

The hotel is a budget hotel and it does this well - very cheap; reasonable location (10 min to campus) with a clean and quiet room. Unattractive surroundings, no food offerings, but who cares for $80/night.

The cleanliness, friendliness and affordability of the Ambassador was great!! Having waffles and fruit for breakfast was great, too!

The doors slamming as people went out to smoke. It started at 4:14am and lasted til check out. They used the stairs, which was right at our room. The walls shook and we were unable to rest. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!

The cleanest of the room was better than I expected for the price. I will definitely stay here again

The continental breakfast could’ve been better. They only had packets of oatmeal, grits and cereal.They also had coffee and juice. Should consider yogurt and granola

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly I appreciate you replacing the clocks in the rooms!

The toilet bowl in my room could have been cleaned better under the rim. Also no one seems to check if facial tissue box has enough tissue.

My room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. I could tell there were a few replacements (new TV, toilet) in the room which lets you know the owner is taking care of the property.

This was a pleasant surprise, the ambassador was clean and convenient to the university. The breakfast was typical but nice to have if needed. It was comfortable and served every purpose. Definitely one to keep on the list as long as the price remains appropriate.

Hair dryer in room needs to be replaced (blowing sparks). For safety issues I was afraid to use and the front desk did not have a replacement. Unfortunately, this is a staple for me and I do not travel with one as I expect there to be one in every hotel.

Location was great. Staff was responsive when my smoke alarm needed a battery.

The breakfast was minimal. Yogurt and cereal, piece of fruit. No hot breakfast.

Our moving truck broke down. We had to wait to middle of the night for a new truck to arrive and the truckng company to unload our entire home and reload it on the new truck. They are reimbursing us for our room. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was pitiful. We've stayed in many hotels. Even the cheaper have better ones than this place.
