Good customer service, clean and well kitted-out rooms, we only stayed one night but it looked great for a long term stay as well

The lighting was very white and clinical even from the lamps, maybe it's a me thing but it made it a little hard to relax. Minor issue though

I love this hotel. Its the only one I will stay at during my stay in Tuscaloosa. The staff was super nice and accommodating

I only wish the bed and bathroom without having to stay 7 consecutive days. A upgraded TV would be nice as well. Its 2025

Everyone was kind and professional! My family had a lot little things come up but this didn’t seem to bother Kim at the front desk or housekeeping staff. The room was clean and so was the lobby and coffee area.

COMFORTABLE BEDS. VERY PRICEY BUT WAS A VERY PRICEY WEEKEND: ALABAMA/TENNESEE GAME.

WEIRD CHAIR THAT DID NOT FIT INTO ROOM. HAD TO MOVE IT NEAR ADJOINING DOOR BECAUSE ORIGINAL PLACEMENT WAS NEXT TO BED AND YOU WERE TRAPPED AND COULD NOT GET OUT OF BED.

My stay was very nice! I could prepare dinner and the kitchen and all the utensils needed.

I wished they had an oven but it was a toaster there.

All of the complimentary things for the guests were nice as well as all of the decorations for gameday! All of the employees were super nice and helpful.

Very comfortable. Our 1 bedroom suite was very spacious. Big den, full kitchen. Very clean. Lobby and great supply of food and drinks. Staff was very friendly

The hotel manager and staff were outstanding! The cost during the last days were a little pricey, but I understand, ITS ROLL TIDE SEASON!! ROOLLLLLLL TIDE!!! LETS GO!! Thank yal!!
