We didn't want to leave! Everything was just perfect at this hotel. Our check in and check out attendants were amazing and so friendly and kind, the atmosphere was relaxing and comforting, everything was clean and well maintained, our bed was crazy comfortable, the breakfast was AMAZING - so many options and everything meticulously maintained and cared for. I can't say enough about this hotel, you can tell the people who work here are dedicated to do a good job and it shows all throughout the hotel.

I have absolutely not one complaint, we wish we could have stayed longer.

The location along I-20 was perfect for our travel. The hotel was cheaper than most, but we did not feel like we were in a cheap place (with the exception of the breakfast). The rooms were large and comfortable for just passing through. We did not need many amenities due to our short stay (such as gyms or pools).

While the breakfast was laid out nicely, the quality of the food was disappointing. The orange juice and apple juice dispenser came out like colored water with a little flavor. The oatmeal and eggs were not appetizing. We stopped here twice, but on our second visit decided to go out for breakfast at a local diner instead.

It was very clean, very friendly staff, good price, good location. Just a suggestion.... our bed slept okay. Ours was about ready for a new mattress, though, as my side was beginning to breakdown from excessive use on that side, which is understandable. This is a busy hotel, & there's a reason they're so busy.... it's a great hotel! Even with this mattress, it was still an okay sleep. My parents' bed was like new & they loved it, too. BTW - The rooms truly are sound-proof. One of the quietest stays we've ever had anywhere.

Breakfast was fine. Room was clean. Hotel was very clean in lobby area.

I was annoyed I completed the online text checkout for 11am and then went to breakfast. Came back to the room and key did not work. Plus housekeeping knocked on my door two different times while I was still in the room. Perhaps they do not receive the data supplied via the text? I am also concerned I am receiving texts now related to my upcoming return stay Friday Nov 22 checkout Saturday Nov 23 but the date mentioned is Nov 19-20 which has passed. I DO trust I have a reservation for Friday night as I have the Confirmation Email in that regard.

Stayed here many times; staff is friendly & helpful, hotel is very clean, breakfast is nice w/ an exception. Price is reasonable when using 3rd party app.

I like this hotel & likely will stay again should I return, but first time on 3rd floor & some noisy water pipes in my & nearby suites; the toilet in my room rocked, not level. At breakfast twice I tasted sour milk so avoided oatmeal rest of my stay.

The breakfast was good and the serving area was spacious. The employee working the breakfast area was very pleasant with a wonderful smile. Also check in was a breeze with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The hotel was very convenient to our roadway traveling from Atlanta. It was also an easy distance to our activities on the UofA campus. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you are a light sleeper, the traffic noise in the 6 am hour is audible.

The property itself was very nice, but I received three texts during the 12 hours before our arrival asking me to do a pre-arrival check in online. I tried at least 5 times but it wouldn’t submit. The third text from the hotel gave explicit details about the 6 people who had just checked in, warning me to do the online pre-arrival check in. So unprofessional, and very annoying!

My wife and I were driving back from Dallas to North Carolina and needed a place to stay at the last minute, so we chose this La Quinta since it was next to the highway and a good price. The check-in was super easy and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and a good size with two queen beds. The bathroom was also large with plenty of towels and great water pressure.

Two items in the room that needed replacing. A Lampshade was cracked and the chair was a little bit too well worn. Breakfast was OK but what you would expect from a discount hotel. Self serve, waffles, which were very good, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, and fruit.

The breakfast food was in a separate area. You ate at tables in the lobby. We stayed on a Wednesday night on the way to Louisiana and on a Sunday night on the way back. On Wednesday staff said you could have your dog in the lobby at breakfast, but on Sunday I get ran out for having my dog. Please be consistent. If getting off 20 you have to go down the road and make a u-turn to get to hotel. Makes it a little inconvenient.
