The atmosphere at Coolnest is amazing. From the moment you arrive, everything slows down — it’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and at ease. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The heated rooftop pool is a true highlight — perfect for unwinding with a view of the mountains. The staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from check-in onward. The food is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options, and every meal we had was simply delicious. If you’re staying in Tirol, Coolnest is an easy recommendation — a perfect mix of design, comfort, and alpine serenity

Views, facilities, food and extras were all wonderful. The rooftop pool was warm enough to be out even on the coldest evening, the free electric car is a great perk, rooms are large and light with wonderful views, and there are things we weren’t aware of when we booked like kids toys, Photo Booth, substantial buffet each day, free shuttle to closest chairlifts and station, plus a room with pool table and arcade game. They were super accommodating of my daughter’s allergies and every meal they prepped something she could eat- going above and beyond.

It’s a bit out of town, which is fine but we’d not realised that taxis were a bit hard to come by round there. We got stranded in town one time, with skis and kids that’s not a great situation. It also makes you tied to the hotel restaurant, which is nice but pricey and the menu isn’t big enough to give you much variety over a stay. We were pleased on the day we had the car to go explore and eat somewhere outside the hotel.

It is quite frankly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. So much thought is put into the small details- from the afternoon snack, to the spa facilities, the daily newsletter with things to do, the complementary yoga and pilates sessions, and really all other small things that make you feel extra specials. We cannot recommend it more- a real gem!

The most beautiful hotel with attention to every detail... Loved every minute of it. Breakfast was amazing (including fantastic coffee!!) and we really enjoyed the complementary "Jause" in the afternoon as well. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views from nearly every room, regardless of the weather.

For me, the only thing that could make Coolnest even cooler would be if they offered beauty treatments as well as massages.

everything is exactly what you’d expect and then some more. the space is deeply creative. I even thought the owners should probably be creatives in an advertising company. it turns out they are just very very creative on their own. 🙂 all details are thoughtful and make sense together and you can feel the love for beauty and fun and creativity in it all. exquisite premises, great views. great comfort. very very good cuisine. and super cool rooftop restaurant! (with an amazing dj!) and, above all, extremely nice stuff. you feel genuinely welcome. we loved it so much that on our last night there we immediately booked a follow up stay for the winter. I guess that says it all. thank you, amazing coolnest team! we look forward to visiting you again!

The most beautiful views , fantastic location, amazing rooms and bars and restaurants… wonderful decoration and great atmosphere. You will feel young and beautiful even if you aren’t, just by association! The staff were so lovely and really looked after us. Although it was a very glamorous place to stay , we got the impression that you could stay here by yourself and made to feel very comfortable.

We will never get used to nude saunas ( but we are English!) however plenty of towels were provided!

Everything we could wish for in terms of a relaxing ski holiday. The combination of amazing amenities such as the heated rooftop pool, the amazing spa, fantastic food at the tweets restaurant and incredible common relaxation areas made this one of the best hotels iv's stayed in.

No climate control in the room. apart from that it was perfect, spacious and clean. I highly recommend taking a room above the standard ones as they offer lots of space and comfort.

Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

Nothing, simply amazing place

My partner and I had an incredible time at this boutique hotel! The staff (all of them, from cleaning services that was extremely friendly til the restaurant waitress, bartenders and really everyone) was super friendly helpful and nice. Special thanks to Jovana went the extra mile to help us plan our daily trips and hikes. The breakfast food selection and the afternoon snacks were absolutely awesome, and so are the dinners at their rooftop restaurant (great vegetarian selection for people like me :)). The view from the hotel nearly everywhere is just stunning. The hotel has fantastic facilities (omg the pool and sauna) and we loved the modern yet cozy design everywhere- feels so young and unique. The location was perfect for our day trips, too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience we'll never forget!

Nothing. It was amazing! one small comment- the water temperature of the pool wasn’t always stable (hotter in some days than others, a bit cold on our last day)

Brekfast and the afternoon snack were great and there was plenty of other snacks around, which was wonderful as we were on an active holiday! The staff were very attentive and we loved the spa and of course the incredible views.

My only negative comment would be that the pillows were not at all comfortable, there were two options - a memory foam and a normal pillow but both were far too thick. Granted, we did not ask if they had any others, but it is worth noting for anyone who likes feather or low pillows.
