This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect! I absolutely love this place for its exceptional customer service. They truly care about their guests and their needs. The breakfasts are excellent, the new spa is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is just fantastic. Huge thanks to the entire staff for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. I will definitely be coming back again! Если нужно что-то изменить, говори!

The hotel is very nice, especially the new wellness and spa. Facilities are amazing. The room was very clean and well stocked, spacious. Location is good, about 10 min walk to the gondola.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful at all. The hotel is a bit of a maze and there is nobody to show you around. The service at breakfast was poor - I didn’t have my own table and sat down at a larger table (one without a name) and was angrily spoken to and requested to sit somewhere else, while it was very quiet. I didn’t feel that the service matched the hotel and the price. I arrived early and asked if they could call me when the room was ready, but the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to want to do that.

Spa is amazing, excellent breakfast, very well maintained property. V good parking.

The evening bar entertainment is pretty awful. Check-in staff could crack a smile occasionally. I was in the apartments. They were very clean and modern but could do with a little more luxury for the price.

The hotel has a new, modern part and an older part. We stayed in the new part and everything is superlative, it smelled new, very clean.

The only thing I didn't understand was the price of drinks, including water on half board. All the food was excellent, but water and any drink was charged.

Close to the train station and buses, nice swimming pool and the team were nice and assisted me

I thought I shall have a breakfast included but it wasn’t. I don’t know it’s apartments and which are not in the same building. If I wouldn’t add more money and the hotel wouldn’t give me the option to change the room it probably would be a bad experience

We were staying in the suite and the room was wonderful, large, clean with modern facilities. We also opted for half-board and it was the best decision ever. Every night we had 5 course meal including starter, a choice between two soups, a choice between three main courses (meat, fish, vegetarian), salad bar, desert and/or cheese board. Breakfast offered a big selection of delicious hot and cold options, everything from omelets and pancakes to cereal and yogurts. There was also a large ski room available.

Every night in the bar area there was a live music (one man band), the music was very loud and the repertoire was rather outdated. There was no space at the bar to sit down, relax and have a conversation without a need to try to out shout the music. We would have probably spent more time at the bar enjoying wine and beer if not for that. Also, given the size of the hotel and the maximum capacity (circa 500 guests) the spa facilities in-doors, in winter are just not sufficient. They were open between 3pm-8pm and during the pick hours were overrun with kids.

We absolutely loved Neuhaus, incredible hotel with an authentic Austrian feel. It is in the perfect location with the ski shuttle bus right down the road at Mayrhofen Bahnhof, the breakfast was amazing, our room was cleaned every day and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come again!

Our only gripe would be that you are paying premium for this hotel and for half board we would've liked the tap water to be free of charge and perhaps some other drink options included in the price of the package. Furthermore, coffee making facilities would've been a great touch!

I recently experienced the best stay at a 4-star hotel. The upgraded loft room by the lake, featuring a personal sauna and spacious, modern amenities, left me utterly stunned. The enormous wardrobe and contemporary design added to the appeal. The breakfast offered an amazing variety, and the included dinner was superb. I'm genuinely impressed by your hotel – an outstanding experience overall.

The resort has so much to offer long-term guests. While we were there during an extremely hot time in summer the resort’s pools were ideal to keep us cool when needed and the location was superb, being convenient to the lovely town of Mayrhofen as well as hiking and cable car access to the mountain escapes. Lastly the staff were very friendly and e trembly helpful.

While refreshing during such warm weather, we were a little uncomfortable with the algae in the pond (although expected).

Every type of breakfast was catered for here. All fresh or freshly cooked. The location is second to none. This is our fifth time coming here! There’s great connectivity to other places and the cable cars can have us on the mountain top in minutes. Wonderful place to relax and unwind or for hiking, biking, swimming. Great for young and old alike. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful too.
