Good location ín the centre, close to tourist info office, public transport and buses go to lakes and hiking points. Room is functionally equipped. Shelf next to the bed you can put phone, lookingglass and can plug electronics. There is small table with chair and comfortable armchair, cupboard with plenty of space. It is quiet, there is silence. Bathroom is big enough. In rainy day of August the room was warm I could warm up and my wetty clothes could dry fast. Excellent breakfast. Food stores restaurants ín the neighbourhood. Mayrhofen is a lovely place !

We only stayed one night at this hotel in Mayrhofen, but it left a great impression. The location is excellent—close to everything yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right away. Breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options—definitely a 10/10. Although our stay was short, everything was smooth and enjoyable. We’d happily return for a longer visit next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in Mayrhofen.

Clean, comfy, well located, nice and helpful staff. Rooms are big, saunas are great and well maintained,the pool si clean, good food swimming with water jet available, its and activity pool with water at 28 degrees, not a hot tub, ski buss right outside with good connection for the gondola and just one stop away to main station where you can take another free ski bus ( with you ski pass or 4€ without) to other ski resorts like Tux or Zillertal Arena. Breakfast is diverse, tasty and freshly made every morning. Skiing room well equipped with individual lockers and heated booths racks.Free onsite parking close to ski room.

Fabulous location, close enough to main centre to walk to lifts and or bust stop right outside . Suite was big enough for 3 with plenty of storage and space for relaxing. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and fresh local produce. Lovely fresh towels and linen .

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room but there was option to purchase in main breakfast room . Shower temperature was a bit hot and miss .

Warm welcome and early check-in without asking for it. Great room (suite) with Nice balcony and sunshine in late afternoon. Good spa facilities without extra charge. At day of departure we could still use the spa as our train only left in the evening. Great breakfast and service.

Location somewhat at the edge of town. Not Walking distance with skies to Penkenbahn (but shuttle running every 15 min right in front of hotel

Clean big room for 3 with balcony. Comfy beds. Separate wc from the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Very good breakfast and nice small spa area with pool and terrace outside. Walking distance to the city and gandola.

Parking a bit problematic but solution was found.. From the balcony no much mountains view as was expected as on the first floor there are trees closing it.

Very nice Hotel in typical Austrian style located on the edge of the village. Rooms and furniture a little old and worn, but well-kept and nice, and with a fantastic mountain view from the balcony. Excellent breakfast restaurant and good breakfast. Lovely pool and Spa area, as well as a well-sized free parking lot for guests.

A safe in the room, also a fridge. The hotel has a swimming pool. good location just on the edge of mayrhofen a short stroll from the railway station. Nice garden with seating.and table tennis Ther are 3 rabbits in a hutch. good view of the mountains from the room balcony.. Good breakfast in a very pleasant breakfast room.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and also the parking facilities.

I think the reception staff need to up their customer service attitude. The welcome and farewell where both extremely very cold without any warmth. When my partner asked for assistance the receptionist did not have correct attitude. This obviously gives a bad impression. Otherwise everything else apart the wifi was excellent.

The ski bus stop is right outside the hotel. The facilities are brilliant. The staff and owner are amazing. Short walk into the main area of bars and restaurants but there are also bars and restaurants on the way. Plenty of free parking.

Maybe keep an eye on the bacon and eggs in the morning and replenish more quickly. Otherwise faultless.
