Convenient, comfortable & good value for money.

No staff - online check in didn’t work, so I had to call. I was able to get in after the person on the phone told me the code. Other than that I didn’t see or speak to another representative. The bin in the kitchen was full to overflowing, but nobody emptied for 3 days. As a result there were rodent droppings on some of the surfaces. Some toilets did not have toilet paper for 3 days. The evening before I was due to check out my wristband fob to open and close doors stopped working so I just left.

It is in a good location close to the town centre and with a ski bus stop outside to take you to either three lifts up the mountain. The beds were comfy, showers warm, and breakfast was tasty. We stayed in a 12 person dorm as a group taking the whole room. It wasn’t spacious but worked ok for the 12 of us. The rest of the party had a 4 bed room which was very large with a kitchen attached.

On the whole the hostel was clean, but the toilets did have a smell to them but were clean generally. The communal showers were clean but another resident had messed one up. This was sorted out quickly. The dorm could do with some shelving for items, eg. wallet, phone, somewhere to store your passport safely. There are lockers outside the room so not too much of a problem.

Staff were all really friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. It was easy to check in and out without any hassle and there was plenty of evening entertainment for a large group on a stag do like us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for people looking for a trip with a budget.

Facilities could have been cleaned a bit better prior to our arrival, still some dirt and left over items under the bed. The cold tap would not turn off fully and was leaking in one of the rooms.

Its very good value, and the double room was more than okay, The kitchen was also good enough.

There is no reception aside from the evening. After 1900 I think only. It's not close to the main city, and it's a good 7 min walk from the train station, there is a bus that comes through It's very good value compared to the other options that we had.

This is a super cool hostel that almost feels more like a community gathering space for people who like to snowboard/ski than a hostel. The staff are super welcoming and give great tips for Mayrhofen and whatever else. This place even has a waxing/tuning room which is incredible for the riders who need those tools but can't bring them with (and who wants to pay when you can do it yourself).

I wish the breakfast were a bit cheaper, but other than that I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hostel has such a great vibe. Plenty of other snow boarders to hang out with during the season. Rooms are chilled out and the beds comfortable, with the additional plus of a curtain for privacy. The bar is also great for hanging out and socialising. Highly recommend this place! The cheapest in Mayrhofen and a great location for hitting up Mountopolis resorts or those further down the Zillertal Valley.

The room was impeccably clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Loved the view and the balcony too! Definitely exceeded my expectations of a hostel.

I paid extra for breakfast but I don't think it was ever served. There was no staff around to answer questions and all the common spaces were dark and shut down.

This place has a great location! Skibus stop in front of the hotel, train station for skibus to hintertux glacier in 5 minutes walk and parking in front of the hotel. I saw reviews about noise- but we did not have any. Maybe these people were not lucky. Hotel's breakfast is simple but nice. The hotel has a great warm room to dry ski boots. Also, there is a nice bar with a friendly staff and pool table. This place is really great for its price.

I do not expect from the hostel to be like a 5 star hotel. Towels were changed not often, and the room has no tv. Also, there is only a bar and to have dinner you should go outside.

A beautiful location. The rooms were well equipped but the top bunk near the radiator gets very hot! You do need to be agile to get up there lol. A good breakfast was available and a bar and games room at night. A great option for budget travellers

Amazing staff, basic but functional facilities that suited us perfectly. Great atmosphere in the bar and plenty of Saturday going to keep you entertained in the evenings.
