I had a lovely stay at here. The location is perfect but mainly the staff were excellent. They accommodated an addition of my friend; Nadia on reception always said hello when I walked in the door after a day in the hills and the ladies at breakfast always remembered that I liked coffee with milk at breakfast. These little things made it feel special. I will definitely stay again if I am back in Mayrhofen. Thank you, Beth

Lovely hotel right in the middle of the beautiful town Mayrhofen. We have stayed at this hotel before and had the large room at the front of the property overlooking the square at the front which was wonderful. This time, we had a double room with balcony on the third floor at the side of the property. The room was perfectly ok but the balcony had no parasol and was far too hot to sit on from around mid day to early evening. The breakfast is extremely good, large selections of breads, meats, cheeses, jams, fresh vegetables, scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, cereals, fresh fruit, wonderful coffee latte machine and fruit juices. There is a Billa shop directly opposite the hotel and as we like a drink on the balcony at the end of the night, the staff very kindly put our beer and coke in the hotel fridge until we came back. The car park is underground and very secure. The wifi is good.

Could do with a parasol on the balcony.

Great staff, great breakfast. smallish room but I was in a single. Always kept clean, although decor was a bit dated. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the Penken (we always walked as we enjoy the stroll). pretty close to all the main places you need.

pavements were sheet ice, but not the hotels fault!

Good size room exactly as on website, plenty of wardrobe space, room cleaned every day. Good selection of food items at breakfast and quick service from friendly staff. Bus to railway station and ski lift stops directly outside .

Beyond helpful and patient receptionists helped me cancel my mountain walk due to new snow and rain. Thank you! Wonderful comfortable stay with excellent breakfast. Very popular hotel so book early.

There's nothing to dislike here easy access to everything Mayrhofen has to offer.

The only thing we can think of is the twin room was a little bit small but ok for the amount of time you spend in it. A ski holiday is about the slopes not the room.

Position in the centre of town. Great parking under the hotel. Room to store bicycle securely in the basement. Great choice for breakfast.

No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms..

Didn’t do evening meal but plenty of good options nearby. The beds were a bit on the firm side.

Hearing the Church bells ringing at 7am, makes for quite a wake-up . Hotel is right next to it

Very well located, close to the center, next to a ski bus stop and within walking distance from restaurants and the train station. Nice sauna area. Rich and diverse breakfast.

Walls are somewhat thin, so sound insulation is not foolproof.
