Hotel Rose is a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in the comfort triple which had a small room with a single bed inside the main room. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower and sink, which was a plus with three of us. The room also had closets so we could unpack and a lovely round table with cushioned benches and a balcony. Breakfast was included. The buffet had variety; something for all tastes. There is a coffee machine for cappuccinos and espresso drinks. Dinner was also included and was very well prepared and presented. The service was excellent. Location was near the ski bus stop, but also walking distance to Penkenbahn. Could easily walk to main part of town for shops and restaurants. There was a ski rental and grocery store a block away. Hotel Rose has a locker room for skis, bikes etc. Staff at the front desk were quite helpful. The staff and management at Hotel Rose have gone the extra step with the attention to detail...shelves and hooks in the bathrooms, an umbrella to borrow in the room and coat hooks, detailed menus for the next day/s dinner; a variety of lighting, etc.

We didn't like not having a top sheet on the bed. It was difficult to regulate to a comfortable temperature. We also did not really like the wellness room/area. We did like the chairs with the heated backs. Felt there needed to be better signage for when one was required to be naked and when one should put clothes back on. While I don't want to be a naked in the sauna, I am fine with others. BUT, I am not okay with people naked on the chairs and relaxation beds in the wellness room. I am sure the hotel spent a lot of money on this area, but not sure how worth it is. We just didn't see the point of most of it. But, maybe just not for us. We were disappointed that the aroma therapy steam room was not working, as that would have been fun to try. We just wanted a hot tub.

A lovely, comfortable hotel with nice rooms, public areas and a great spa area. Hotel is in a quiet area but, at the same time,is close to other hotels, bars and restaurants and everything else you need, such as ski bus route and ski hire shops.

The hotel exceeded my expectations on all counts. Large, well appointed room, excellent facilities, good food and very friendly staff. The spa in particular was wonderful. Great ski room and a short walk to the ski bus stop. It's walkable to the main lift, but buses are very frequent and convenient.

This is not really a criticism, but we had one vegan in our party and the food wasn't great for her. She really appreciated that they specifically provided a vegan option for her each evening (at no extra cost), but some were not very exciting. As I say, can't really complain as they were good enough to accommodate a special diet.

An extended time window for dinner would have been more convenient; although I appreciate the need for hotel to get everyone seated and to manage kitchen and staffing.

Lovely modern room, comfy bed, good location. Friendly staff. Tasty food at hotel restaurant too. Bus right outside which takes you to the main gondola.

Eating in the corridor at our fixed table. It was fairly pricey - but we were staying over New Years, so perhaps just the usual cost for a peak week.

Great location. Staff so friendly and kind. My daughter had a ski fall and they were really accommodating. Lovely room that was kept very clean. Fabulous wellness area. The food was wonderful and as vegetarians we were very well catered for. We would definitely stay again.

Great modern rooms, super clean, helpful reception, great food, location and atmosphere. Spa is beyond beautiful in.

Breakfast and dinner had a nice variety. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The Sauna was one of the nicest saunas we have been to.

The extra charge for tap water at dinner and charge for parking.
