I had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the location and hotel. The room was clean and had plenty of space to put my clothes and belongings. I liked the traditional decor as it feels more warm and relaxing to me. The pool area was wonderful and I looked forward to a nice swim after hiking during the day. The water was warm and the mountain view was beautiful. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I feel like it was a good value for all the amenities included.

Women at the reception, you are like fairy fairies, you are wonderful! Thank you!!!! We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and our room was already ready! We didn't waste a day and could go skiing straight away. In the evening, the pizzeria was full of people, but this nice woman at the reception saw us and went to the restaurant, made an agreement and gave us a table. Breakfast was amazing, watermelons, shots, melons, cheeses, fish, whatever your heart desires. We had a quiet apartment overlooking the courtyard. Clean rooms. The view from the window made me happy every morning. Everything was wonderful, even for my little dog. Thank you!!!

Very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything, even the neighbors going to the toilet. At night the neighbors returning to the hotel was very noisy, sometimes I thought that the events were happening in my room.

Hey there! I had a good breakfast this morning; the scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon were really tasty! Although, I wish there was something with potatoes like hash browns on the menu.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the pool and fitness center. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Mayrhofen, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. I would easily give it a 10-star rating. The hotel rooms were superb, offering both comfort and style. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. And let's not forget the highlight: the stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views. My stay in Mayrhofen was truly exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area.

Great location big rooms

The location was fantastic and only a short walk to the main gondola. Good breakfast selection, spacious rooms, lovely spa area and the outdoor pool had incredible views.

We were unable to control the heat in our room and found it far too hot.

The hotel is in a great location. Central and close enough to the main ski lift - walkable in ski boots but the buses were frequent. Breakfast was very European but more than sufficient. Although run as a sort of separate entity, the hotel restaurant was really nice - ate there for 2 nights out of our 6. Good ski storage (boot warmers!) and all accessible with lifts etc.

The only challenge we had was wifi. The wifi was really poor and inconsistent when it did work...down in the reception/lounge/dining room it 'worked' - but in the room virtually unusable. There is 4G and 5G cellular service in Mayrhofen so this isn't a showstopper...but if you have to rely on cellular, that adds to the costs. At the price point of this hotel - which is not 'budget' - its not unreasonable to expect modern wifi service and speed.

room (105) had all i needed for a 5 nights stay breakfast is really good, with great variety check in and out is fast good storage room for ski gear although in the center it is quiet hotel Spa area is among the best i've been to

a bit pricy the air ventilation in hotel works only several hours a day inside the toilets(wtf)

Thermal pool and spa is exceptional for this type of property. Location is very nice and close to cable car. Clean room. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time, thanks.

The bed is not king size, but joined together two small size beds.Breakfast start at 7:30 and staff is very tough and rigid to let you in a bid earlier.

We weren’t asked if we wanted a warm breakfast even though it was available. We only found out on the last day.
