Amazing atmosphere: spirit of Austria and Alps, super friendly staff. Hotel is recently renovated, very comfortable rooms, everything is excellent. We had half board menu - very tasty dinner! Amazing view from our balcony to the Church and central very cozy square of the city. We extended our staying +1,5 week :) and plan to come in Winter. Strongly recommend!

Just for you information: the other side of the amazing view to the Church and its neighborhood is, that starting 7 am until 22 pm independent on the day of the week the bell rings. Each hour and each quarter.. the most loud is at 7 am.. please, be ready for that (this concerns all hotels in the area of the Church). You should just be ready for that. Windows are good enough, when are closed, but in any case it is loud enough. We were informed and for us it wasn’t a problem.

Immaculately clean and very comfortable. rooms have a modern yet rustic charm. we had a superior double where our granddaughter could have her own bed with closable doors. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We would have appreciated washcloths - a small thing but makes a difference. We did not love the mandatory nakedness in an area of the spa. We are fine with others being nude. We would have showered even in our bathing suits so hygiene would be no issue. A guest reprimanded our teenage granddaughter for not being nude. Especially she is just not accustomed to this and was upset by it. We understand this is customary but maybe clothing optional should be considered.

The Hotel was very good and most of the staff very helpful and friendly. The food and choice was very good. Rooms very spacious and clean.

To be charged €4 for a carafe of tap water after the 3rd night seemed very odd as the previous nights the tap water was provided free of charge? If we had asked for bottle water then the charge would have been fine.

Loved my stay here. The room was a good size and comfortable. The spa was wonderful. Breakfast was very generous. The staff were very friendly. I loved the little leaving gift too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It would be great to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. But that’s the only negative I can think of

The hotel was one of the very best we stayed in on our touring holiday. It was comfortable, we had a lovely room and the staff exceptionally kind and friendly. It is quite a big hotel, but they managed to keep a personal touch. It was quite traditional, which we liked, and yet had all mod cons. We enjoyed the breakfasts, where there was an excellent choice, and both the dinners. We would definitely go back there if in that part of the world. There is a lot to do in Mayrhofen, and we enjoyed our trip up the glacier at Hintertux, which was a truly unforgettable experience.

There really wasn't anything

The room was amazing and the view from the balcony was very good. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice, especially the restaurant staff both in the a la carte and in the breakfast restaurant, they were both lovely.

We had the church bells wake us up at 6:45 or 7:00 am every morning so if we wanted to sleep until later hour it was annoying.

An amazing traditional hotel, family run which is as good as it gets, modern yet traditional dining area with fantastic staff.

Everything, the staff are fabulous, everyone is happy and smiling and there to make your stay very special.

This place is SO beautiful - location is great, and the rooms perfect! I have never meet such kindhearted people in a hotel reception as I did here - we felt at home the moment we stepped inside! Also the food is delicious - the breakfast is yummy!

The only thing we thought was a bit ‘mew’ was that only the pool was with bathing clothes, and in all the saunas you were supposed to be naked, sitting on a towel. When we were there, only middle aged men were there, and it felt super uncomfortable to go in, being to young girls.

Really friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice comfortable rooms which were cleaned to a high standard. The spa area was really relaxing and not very busy.

It's a short walk to the gondola so best to hire a ski locker or get the bus if you don't want to carry skis. Wasn't a negative for me.

That was a pleasant staying. Beautiful, clean hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly stuff. Interior design of the restorante is the best, as well as food. I’d like to stay there for a longer period of time. Strongly recommended!
