Nice aesthetics and good vibes. The hotel has very large rooms to offer. Beautiful inside pool area and access to nice outdoor natural pool in the neighbouring hotel. We had half board and food was great. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Few small things. Rooms do not have A/C, on hot nights windows have to be kept open. The only problem with this for us being non-smokers was cigarettes smoke coming from neighbouring room before sleep, first thing in the morning and so on. Nuisance for non-smokers, non-event for smokers. Rooms are not equipped with tea or coffee facilities. Hair coditioner would be nice in the shower.

Breakfast was super, lots of choice, would have loved poached egg as an option. Afternoon tea served 3 to 5pm, included soup, which would be great if you're v hungry or cold . Dinner from 7pm, some of the best fish cookery we've experienced anywhere. Very knowledgeable waitress swimming pool is lively, little cool, and putdoor hot tub very nice to relax in beds super comfy and enormous

There's v wierd magnifying mirror in bathroom, but it's set very high, I'm 1.7m tall & couldn't see in it. Coffee or tea making facility in room would br good.

The facility is good - Spa and pool are amazing, weekday - yoga retreat session was good.

One of the reasons that I chose this hotel was to enjoy the halfboard. Tried to make a reservation before, but they said that I can do it on site. But when I tried to do it at the day, they said that its already full. Very disappointing. And they do not have any kettle or basic tea amenities in the room. (Although they will bring one for you if you ask, also you can get the teas in Spa area, however comparing to the price we paid, it was not expected).

Don’t sleep on this hotel - it is pretty and has an amazing spa facilities. The restaurant was great too - big shout out to the hard working servers and kitchen staff. Food (especially dinners) was great for the halfboard option (lots of pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan options).

The entire front desk staff / management needs to learn how to be friendlier and lose their attitude. It’s a hospitality business after all, and there are many other hotels out there to choose from. Other than that everything was pretty great.

All is 10/10! The spa, swimming pool, massage, and food are absolutely perfect! There are plenty of shops near the hotel and lots of activities to enjoy. I definitely want to come back here every summer! A special thanks goes to the hotel STAFF – they fulfill every guest’s request with kindness and professionalism. They are polite, attentive, and, to be honest, the service here feels like 5+ stars!

The room was beautiful. Large, immaculate, very quiet and always warm. The bed so comfortable. The spa was fabulous though outside jacuzzi not hot enough by any means. And it was always very busy so not so peaceful. The location of the hotel is great.

Average breakfast, very unfriendly lady making the omelettes and freshly poached eggs. Coffee average. Yogurts and cereals excellent. Hot food on breakfast selection really poor quality and mushrooms / tomatoes raw each day. The signage around the hotel is very confusing. Hard to work out access to and from ski room, spa etc. Never anyone serving in the bar area so it’s difficult to get a drink. Really dark bar area too as if they don’t really want anyone around it. They operate the hotel using skeleton staffing. You rarely see any staff so if you have any questions, you have to go to reception. I lost my room key and was charged €5 to replace it.

The hotel location was perfect because it is not right in town but in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very attentive and sweet.

THE BED! The mattress was painfully hard, even after the sweet attempt to add a topper. Very difficult to enjoy our stay without any sleep. For the quality of this hotel, the bedding (polyester/ cotton sheets, poor quality pillows) and the towel quality was very disappointing. This is intended as a constructive criticism because we would return for a better bed ;-)

The staff were great. The facilities are exceptional. The rooms are unbelievable and the photos don't do them justice.

Pillows were not to my liking but that's my preference they were good quality, just not firm. The staff accommodated are request for drinks to be brought up to our room but I don't think there's room service.

the Service was excellent, fantastic staff - they all made you feel at home. we loved the spa!

it’s a rather big Hotel, so you might find yourself ending up in your room to find a real quiet spot. we were there during a real heat wave. Rooms are well isolated, though no Airconditioning. moreover sleeping with open windows was hard as the Hotel is near a busy street and next door was a big construction side (building apartments) that started making noise 7am every day… so although the hotel and staff was fantastic, we returned home pretty exhausted due to lack of sleep.

beautiful, clean & welcoming. Amazing staff but especially in the restaurant. The best food I’ve ever had in a hotel it was al delicious stayed half board & was never disappointed with it

Only very slight negative was that it was quite hot had to sleep with window & balcony door open .
