We had 5 nights staying in the hotel and overall it was a really relaxed and friendly stay. Claudia and Walter were the hosts and were really welcoming. It did help that every time you popped to the reception they gave you a warming schnapps! Location was very good, easy access to the local trains that took us to the Kaltenbach ski lifts, much easier in our opinion than the ski bus. Big highlight was the sauna area. A very chilled area with relaxed seating, a large sauna and a very steamy steam room! complimentary teas also really helped the vibe. Rooms were all a very good size, bed was super comfy and all rooms had a fridge even if you were not in the apartment style. Breakfast was very good too, lots of healthy options as well as eggs cooked to order and however you wanted them. Highly recommend this hotel, overall a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back. Danke!

Booked it only for one night, to ski @Hintertux We were two friends, and I believe we got a room update , which was absolutely amazing as we could both have separate room. Everything’s was super clean, nice breakfast. The highlight is definitely the sauna where we relaxed after day of skiing ( it’s not included in price , but I like that it is separated , because then the rooms stay very affordable) The stuff was very nice and welcoming . We need to come back and explore the dinner options and bar 😊

Fantastic room with modern interior, small kitchen, dining area and sofa area, comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower. The wellness area with sauna and steam bath are absolutely amazing and worth going for. The hotel is on a five minute walk from the Kapfing Ziller valley railway station.

The hotel is situated next to the busy Ziller valley main road, so there is quite a bit of traffic at almost every time of the day, which causes noise. This issue is exacerbated by the Ziller valley railway (Zillertalbahn) which passes right next to the hotel. Unreliable shuttle bus for skiers.

It is located in a very scenic place, view on a mountains was exceptional! Rooms got everything you need! Always clean! Special thanks to the man working on the kitchen, don’t know his name, but thank you very much for your service!

Did not liked mattress, not very stiff and bed was assembled from two of them, not very comfortable :)

Comfortable room with nice walk in shower. Convenient kitchenette/sitting area and very good breakfast. Conveniently located at just a few mins drive from Kaltenbach main elevators station.

Shower soap bottle wasn't replenished and lights on terrace and in-room sitting area not functioning. Dinner restaurant being closed on Sunday while confirmation email from hotel only mentioning Mondays. Spa facility use at a surcharge. King size beds should be opted with a choice for a double duvet instead of the small ones.

The hotel has a location near a highway so it have easy access, and you could not hear the highway when windows was closed. The view from our room was so great, we had a top apartment with a big balcony so a great view at the mountains. The staff was kind and helpful at both checkin and when we had breakfast in the morning and the morning breakfast was good. Overall it was value for money

Everything was perfect! The hotel was really clean, spacious and well-furnished. We especially enjoyed the food: the breakfast had a great variety, everything was fresh and delicious. We also payed for an included dinner - a very good decision, because we received an amazing four-course menu, that always leaved us satisfied. We were able to try different dishes, that we wouldn’t even think to order. The facilities were also super. We used the sauna and steam room with great pleasure. The location is also very great. We could ski in different ski regions, because they are so close. You could also reach them with a train, which is convenient because the train station is also nearby. There is a supermarket in a walking distance, too. But our holiday was so amazing because of the friendly and ready-to-help staff, with whom we had great laughs with! We greatly recommend this hotel!

Modern style with tasteful Alpine flair. Spacious, big balcony, bathrooms modern and super clean. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Best hotel in a long time for me!

The location is on the outskirts of Fügen by the highway - so nothing for a hiker. Probably a good choice for drivers. However, you will hear the traffic noise.

We booking a night for to persons in this hotel, when we arrive i was surprise that they have a Suite for us, only a couple, i loved the place, the rooms, the balcony, very cozy hotel, and the employes very polite and very atentive, im sure that we will come back again to this hotel. PS: Breakfast 5 ✨️

Clean, Comfortable, friendly staff, good restaurant. Good value for the price in Zillertal. Good breakfast.

Only thing I would say is you need a car or take a bus or the Zillertal Bahn to do anything away from the hotel. Walking is not really possible.
