Friendly family and great location near the lift.

No problem with the property, there is not much choice for dinner, there is a pizza restaurant nearby, and a upmarket restaurant in a resort complex around 20 mins’ walk which was good. One night we got the last ski bus into town and a pretty expensive cab back.

Perfect location, right next to the Ski resort cable car. Also the host of the place was so hospitality,although we came to check in quite late, but she was still waiting us to arrive at the night. Cozy and clean, also well equipped room, and beautiful natural vibe surroundings easily through the balcony to get!!

Landhaus is in a good location - Horbergbahn ski lift is nearby (3min walk), if you want to go to Mayrhofen, Ahorn resort you may take ski bus (bus stop is 50m from the property and travel is <10min). Arena and Optimal resorts can be reached by train - catch train at Mayrhofen Bahnhof or Bichl train stop (1km of walk). Visited Penken, Ahorn, Hochzillertal (Optimal) and Hintertux using public transport. Host was very attentive and helpful. Perfect atmosphere during the stay. Nice view from balcony. The room was kept clean all the time. Spacious parking lot. Breakfast was rich!

the host are the most kind person, ready with breakfast in the morning and greeting is when we get back from at long day of skiing.

The breakfast was great with very good quality products and enough diversity. The room exceeded our expectations, we had a very large balcony, room was spacious and very clean. The host is also very friendly. There is a storage room available for sport equipment and boots heater.
