Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely room with a balcony. Superb views onto surrounding mountains and valleys. The food was excellent quality with generous portions. There are lovely seating areas outside (covered and uncovered). With such good food and a bar on-site we didn’t need to go anywhere else. The receipt for the stay also gives you a 2 day free pass to the waterfalls. There is secure storage for bikes too. Beds are super comfy and the breakfast was the best we’ve had on our cycle tour.

The hotel is perfectly located. The hotel owner advised us to leave the car next to the hotel and after 20 minutes we were at the Krimml waterfalls. We liked the room, large and with a balcony, and a bright bathroom. Very clean. During meals, we could admire the view of the mountains from the hotel terrace. We liked the breakfast very much, there was a large selection of products. The service was very helpful and nice. We'd love to go back there again!

Felt very welcomed by the staff, and they were super helpful every time we had some questions. Location is close to everything in town and the ski bus stop is located right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and so is their dinner. Will definitely be back in summer for all the summer activities around. Recommend going to visit the town waterfall when there.

Biker friendly hotel. Motorbike parked at front of hotel.but its in a quiet area so safe. Nice room with balcony. Clean. Comfy bed.nice bathroom. Very friendly dutch staff. 20 min walk to krimml waterfalls . Voucher given giving free entry. Enjoyed our stay.

Food prices a little expensive. The schstitsel was tasty though!

absolutely loved the owners! they very super friendly and even sat down with us for drinks, amazing people :) the food was fresh and delicious, we enjoyed everything - from cheese fondue, through ribs to garlic soup and ice cream the room was very cozy and clean, also with a nice balcony the hotel was very close to the waterfalls and had its own bar

House is made a lot from the wood and is placed in front of the mountains. That gave just blessed feeling and you can get the real authentic Austrian feeling. Owners talk great english and were realy welcoming, friendly and made us feel like home. I recomend this place for sure.

Very nice, calm, and (child) friendly atmosphere. Ski bus to Hochkrimml leaves just in front of the door, Hochkrimml has good conditions for trying out skiing with a 4 year old for the first time. Ski rental with branches in Krimml, just 300 meters from accommodation and at Hochkrimml warmy recommended.
