clean, nice

Hotel is in a shopping center, while property is nice, the access in the shopping center is horrific. Potholes the size of my Jeep! Huge and many very deep. You guys need to contact the shopping center management to get those multiple deep holes filled in. They are dangerous and the only access to your hotel. The TV is nice, the remotes and hides leave a lot to be desired. I cut the thing on. Beautiful large TV, great pixel. Would not move from the channel, mute worked, volume worked, nothing else. Same story when I stayed in Sept, at least that one worked sporadically.

I selected this hotel for my daughter and son, because the great location, the safety of my love ones and the convenance of retailers in the area. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond of making sure everything was exactly right for my family. Would highly recommend this hotel others. The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant.

I didn't like that there was a couch bed in the room with no linen for it; the handicap accessible bathroom had a low toilet, and there was no walk-in shower. It should've at least been a chair height toilet. I was disappointed by all the things my husband had a difficult time using in a handicap accessible room. I think the room needs to be redone for proper usage by handicap individuals.

Staff including general manager was exceptional. Kind and fun. Staff was visibly available at all times . We had an issue because of someone’s smoking on our floor and they are a non smoking hotel. Manager went IMMEDIATELY to handle it. Also told us we would get a little credit because of the issue . So kind. VERY clean. LOVE the Dove items available. The blinds … you won’t even know it’s day light . It was amazing. Ice and laundry available on all floors. Elevator was clean also

Nothing was poor. It was all fantastic

This property incredibly exceeded my expectations. The check-in even late at night was very smooth and The Concierge was expecting us. They even extended the pool hours so we can get in a swim before bedtime. The breakfast the next morning was exceptional and everything was clean in the upgraded room that they offered us.

Everything was “a posto”

Friendly and welcoming staff, large, comfortable room, motorized window shade (kept room private and dark), great lighting behind headboards, great long bench for luggage, nice size refrigerator, built-in shelves in bathroom, lots of counter space, built-in dispensers of Dove products on sink and in shower.

Other guests speaking loudly in hallway and rooms, other guests' playing loud music and running in hallway, doors slamming shut after 10 pm.

Friendly front desk. Room was clean and spacious. Convenient to eating places.

There was no hot breakfast this day - "the oven was broken". Elevator was broken. We received a call 4 days before we went that it was broken. We were put in the 1st floor per our request.

Pillows on the bed were excellent! Staff members that we encountered were all very nice, helpful and professional. they answered all questions.

there was an issue with the downstairs restrooms so they were closed for guests most of our stay.

The breakfast bar was good. My room was nice and clean. I can to this hotel because I changed from two other hotels that were terrible. So we came to this hotel and it met our expectations. Thanks for the great hospitality.

I would like to see more of a variety of breakfast meats.
