Location was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and had a microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. It's not luxury, but if you're just looking for a simple place in the area to stay at a budget price, this will meet that need. We are likely to stay again in the future because we play at the BBQ joint (excellent!) just a few minutes down the road.

The location was peaceful and quiet. The motel itself has a vintage atmosphere. The owners did a wonderful job with upkeep of original walls and floors.

I enjoy staying in vintage places. There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

We stayed here from 05-29-24 to 05-30-24 and had a warm wellcome although arriving late. Comfy beds, clean room in vintage style and no disturbing noise during the night. Porch chairs outside facing a large pond, great view.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I loved it all.

An older hotel that is dated - think 1950’s motor lodge , but it was very clean and quiet. It served the purpose of a 1 night stay - and we would return.

Wish there had been another pillow for the king sized bed - there were 3.

Very clean and well- kept for an older motel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping. Safe and quiet location.

Sunday we had breakfast at an art of coffee ! We love Montrose and enjoyed the Osprey festival in Coloinal Beach!!

The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. My back hurt for days after I left.

No frill older mom and pop place, clean, economical, has direct tv

No blow dryer or coffee but we had our own!

The issues that I had were responded to promptly.

The Bathroom Curtains are see through.There should be Hand Towels for the sinks.
