The room was descent but I thought it came with a pull out couch. I remember seeing that on your website. It was very quiet which I loved. The shower pressure was great. Breakfast descent

Loud door entering and exiting room. Room didn't comes with a couch which I saw on the website that it did. I wish hotels would invest in ev charging stations. Hybrid and electric cars are the thing now. The tub was old and dirty and the tv kept going out. That was weird. Too soft pillows which are not good for the neck. The hot water for tea was not hot each day. Had to warm in microwave.

Enjoyed the breakfast bar and the quality of the food on it. The staff were very attentive and paid close attention to detail. Also enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, and especially where the room was located. Room 500 was on the top floor and at the end of the hallway, far away from other hotel patrons rooms. That is the first time I've been given a room like that, and I enjoyed it immensely.

When I attempted to make a cup of coffee in the room, I noticed that the coffeemaker had a number of what appeared to be mineral deposits in the water reservoir, apparently from previous guests usage. I believe that is something that should be attended to by housekeeping staff on their checklists. Another aspect of the room that I feel could have used attention was that the cabinet door covering the refrigerator compartment suffered a broken hinge on the bottom hinge, and hung open after opening the refrigerator compartment. That could have happened after the last occupant, and simply wasn't repaired by the time we got to the room. Recommend it be repaired by the custodial staff of the hotel.

Front desk clerk was very nice. Loved everything about our stay.

We had our beagle with us. We thought the $75.00 fee for having ger was too much. We take her with us when we travel and have never had to pay this much.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite, professional, and helpful.

Maid service needs to be more frequent and more thorough.

Dalyanna at the front desk was an absolute pleasure! She exuded excellent customer service and was one of the sweetest that really made our stay even more enjoyable!!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs with plenty of restaurants in the area.

We weren't thrilled with the breakfast. We would have appreciated more hot foods.

We checked in very late and there was a slight mishap with the room we were initially given. Isaac, the gentleman at the front desk was not only incredibly nice, but solved our issue promptly and politely. He is indeed a credit to the hotel. The gentleman who was working the breakfast area the next morning was attentive, polite and had everything stocked and looking great. The room was clean, the beds comfy and the room darkening blinds a lovely and welcome addition.

Breakfast on the second day was with a different crew. Breakfast runs until 10 and at 8am we found many items were not stocked.

Staff was great...especially the breakfast staff. One gentleman even made my 2 yr. old some sausage patties because he was sad that they didn't have them that day (he had eaten a bunch the day before). Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The TV remote was confusing and I couldn't get a guide to come up. The tub stopper was a bit funky and unscrewed when I was trying to let the water out of the tub after my sons' bath.

Clean compared to numerous other properties where we stayed. Staff over and above polite, helpful, customer oriented! Absolutely generous and tasty breakfast. Plentiful parking……really delighted to have stayed here!

Housekeeping wasn’t daily. We had enough bath towels for two days but trash accumulated and toilet paper ran low.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the hot water and it was fixed within the hour. The breakfast area was always in stock with food. On eof the breakfast preparers even helped make a waffle for my son.

The pool area looked as though it needed to be cleaned. It was alot of ants around the pool.
