I have loved this hotel's location and the staff in the past and had no issues at all. Good sized rooms, food and hospitality.

The hotel itself seemed very clean and my room the same, but for some reason, the bathroom smelled just like cat pee. My husband and I were too tired to repack our things and move to another room since we didn't use the bathroom until after we had settled into the room. I think someone brought their cat into the hotel and kept it in the bathroom. It's impossible to get that smell out of most fabrics and even tile floor, which the bathroom had, and it's a very distinctive smell.

I made a change to Springhill Suites Prince Frederick hotel from another hotel close by 4 days before I checked in for more space for me and my grandbabies. Pleasantly surprised that I hit the jackpot! This site has activities directly in front of the facility for everyone, even myself. I took part in the batting cages, my grandbabies were able to run around, enjoyed ice cream, rock climbing and bumper cars. Inside the hotel, was so much room for everyone and extremely clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and the breakfast was superb! We all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this hotel if you have children or not. Thanks Springhill Suites!

The hotel is close to shopping, multiple restaurants, movie theater - less than 5 minutes drive to any shopping or restaurant you need! The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is decent with fruits, yogurt, cereals, eggs and coffee.

The room smelled badly - like sticky wet air.

Conveniently located, breakfast was great, laundry on site very helpful, plus the fitness area, pool, and hot tub. I also loved the couch seating area in the room.

The shower was dirty with hair in it and a broken shampoo bottle. There was only enough for one cup of coffee in the room. We found a vape in the floor of our room when we came in. There were no mirrors or sinks inside of the bathroom so you had to brush your teeth and things in front of those watching tv. Also, the elevator didn’t sound safe. It was kind of frightening.

It was conveniently located close to where our family lives. Great restaurant across the parking lot ( walking distance), good breakfast. Pool & hot tub nice. The room was large & very nice. Front desk staff all very friendly

Was asked upon checking in if we'd like room service since we were staying 4 days. We said yes. Had to go to desk & get fresh towels..garbage needed emptied, never had anyone come to room. There was one elevator that made the strangest sounds, made you wonder if it was going to break down..

The staff was great and gave excellent recommendations for our dinner meal. The hotel was smoke free which we really appreciated since we are non-smokers. And other hotels that say they are smoke free are not.

The only bread available for breakfast were bagels. Could have been more selection of bread and no pastries were served that day.

The manager and the young girl at the front desk were absolutely superb! Both very friendly and professional. My room was newly renovated and pristine. The bed was super comfortable!! I don’t think I have ever stayed at a nicer hotel. Thank you.

I could tell that a big effort was made to make breakfast. There were a ton of choices! Seriously, so many choices! However, I would’ve preferred less packaged bakery items, and perhaps a fresh waffle maker instead. also, the fruit, particularly the pineapple, was past its prime.

Front desk employee “Devin” was friendly, efficient, and came up to our room to assist with a malfunctioning door lock (resolved quickly!) Room was well set up, neat, clean -and quiet!! The location was very nice, trees and shrubs. Breakfast server very sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here!

Convenience to locations we planned to go to hot tub and pool

We stayed here before and everything was great.but this time the only complaint was the beds were very hard my wife and I both have back problems we could not get comfortable

When u first walk in was very beautiful and welcoming, the rooms were nice as well . Also liked that check out wasn’t til 12 which made the experience even better .

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no lil ledge in the shower for my shower stuff . Bed was lil hard as well
