on the last night, unbeknownst to us we left foe dinner. When we got back the WHOLE parking lot was taken over by a car show. There was only ONE space left to park. But that meant we had to drift down the lane FULL of people standing still to that space. After very careful waving back and forth to avoid the classic cars we got into the space. Getting into the front door was also a hassle as everyone congregated in front of the door blocking it. Being forewarned about the event might have been nice......

It’s a great location, and it’s location in the marina meant it was secluded from road traffic. There was a lively bar located directly in front of the hotel, but it wasn’t so loud that I was able to hear them when I was sitting out on the back porch. Ask the attendant for a list of the local restaurants if you are interested as they have one already printed out.

Beds were not terribly comfortable but it was only for one evening. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open so it kept stopping at my knee. Some mold/mildew was visible in the shower and along the edges of the bathroom ceiling, not sure if that was what caused my allergies to flair up. Microwaveable oatmeal was offered for breakfast but no microwave was available in the bar (where it is set out) or in the room I was in. I had to search for one and found it in the basement room. Perhaps a sign would be helpful if there are no plans to put one in the breakfast/bar room. Breakfast was all packaged foods so if you are considering including it in your stay, I’m not sure it’s worth it, as it is an extra cost.

Beautiful location on the water, wonderful sunsets, well kept grounds, friendly knowledgeable staff, live music on the weekends, clean throughout, excellent salt water pool, plenty of onsite parking.

The continental breakfast can be upgraded slightly.

Great hotel! The staff moved our room at our request. View was spectacular. Love the restaurant next door.

The only issue was a moldy odor in the room (203). The fridge smelled like someone had crabs in there. Other than that, it's. a great facility and we will be returning.

Peaceful and quiet on arrival at 3 pm. Friendly staff. Kim was especially welcoming and helpful! We loved being close to Rockhold creek, seeing and hearing the birds. Comfortable bed, pleasant view from our balcony, and quiet room overnight.

There was an antique car/motorcycle show one evening that no one warned us about, and the parking lot became very packed with people and smells of exhaust, making it impossible to use our car. The motorcycles were extremely loud coming and going until 9-10 pm. We wish they would plant more trees or the property by the waterfront. to provide more shade and would improve the scenery. And, help balance all the paved areas around the Inn.

No complaint. Room was clean. Balcony beautiful view. The pool amazing, the lifeguard amazing. Room with two double beds was large. Large fridge for milk for baby in the morning. Definitely stay again as I know my husband would love the atmosphere of the boat bar. Only food at weekends so when we return will stay over weekend. Breakfast simple and small but perfectly described.

I can’t say there was anything really. Just note bug spray required as by the water.

Beautiful lodging, nice, professional staff. Beautiful area. Walkable community. Restaurants closeby (seafood Skippers was excellent). I needed to make copies and though this is a small town there was an Office Products Business and the owner was very pleasant. The tv sound was not good in my room and they moved me to another room quickly. The staff is very positive, helpful, and engaging.

It was cold and I defintely plan to return because the outside is lovely right at the water!!!

This is a beautiful property. It is nestled back in a bay with beautiful harbor looks and a terrific porch to sit out and drink coffee. It is so well built.. very quiet, wonderful beds, large room, nice continental breakfast.

Parking was terrible because of the Car Show. I am a handicapped person and could not park in an accessible parking space because it was blocked by cars in the Car Show.

It is not easy to find someone at the front desk, especially to pick up the phone when called. I called several times and no one was around to answer a couple of questions I had. It was frustrating.
