The easy check in the cleanliness and polite staff.

I have no complaints about our stay. I would like to add though that Our son has moved in the area and we will be staying often. I would love to see a price special for people who stay often. That would really help. I also think there should be rooms that are and have been pet free since Ken is allergic to cats and dogs. Although the rooms are very clean, the dander that gets in the furniture and bedding is what people are allergic to. Other than that The hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. I like that the Hilton Garden Inn's always have a "pork-free" breakfast option. Rooms/hallways are always exceptionally clean as is the outdoor pool area. I very much appreciated having a "quiet room" in the quiet hallway.

Such little things but a dark chocolate option for the snack counter would have been nice! There wasn't anything else that I could name; it's a lot of quality for the price point! Plus it's close to where we were headed... Solomons Island and North Beach.

Clean and location

The bed was not comfortable at all. I asked the staff at desk for a different pillow- firmer. The young man was nice but other guy guess he was the manager on duty, minimized my request and when I insisted, he said” we don’t have any. “ The breakfast was nice, but they had one young lady doing everything on her own!! Customers, including us had to wait a long time to get help and order.

This hotel is great. Super clean, comfortable, and in a central location to what we went to visit.

They advertise an indoor pool. That was one of the reasons we chose this place for our stay, as it is March and wanted something else for our kids to do. The indoor pool is closed with no opening date. We were not made aware of this until we arrived.

I was very comfortable. My daughter and granddaughters felt very safe. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant,couteous and patient.

I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the hotel. I had to check out at 7:00 A.M. But we slept well! I don't like the fact that we have to have pay for your buffet breakfast.

How clean the hotel was even though it was going through renovations. Staff were very friendly and were willing to help in any way they can. Room was a nice size and very clean

Because of the renovations there were things that were not available like breakfast or a bar area but we were able to make do. We did notice that the pool was not as clean as far as leafs and trash in the water and seemed a bit over corified

No breakfast available at this time as they are still renovating. Inside,except for a few areas, the hotel looks brand new. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Staff are attentive and helpful. Outdoor pool was open. Indoor pool and fitness room still being renovated. Laundry room (for hotel guests) looked like it was ready. Lobby is modern and spacious with multiple sitting areas - very inviting. Ample parking.

Room was clean. I requested a handicapped accessible king. Got 2 queens. Not enough comfortable places to sit. The only ever give one chair for a room that is intended to be occupied by two people. Would be nice, too, to have complimentary coffee and continental breakfast available for the price charged for the room.

The awesome aspects: The lady at the front desk was amazing, both at check in (around noon on 6/30) and checkout. The room was very quiet, clean and cozy as well. And the bed was so comfortable. The pool was a salt water pool; the outdoor pool was open, so the indoor pool was closed, which was fine. The pool was also open late as a bonus-- until 10pm. It may have been heated, as it was not freezing-- still cooler than I would have liked but you get used to it. They accepted our quiet, chill dog for $50 as well, and generously allowed for an early check in and a late check out. And the kids (5 and almost 7) loved it. I would stay here again.

While minimal, we were surprised by there being no water bottles given at check in. I was very thirsty as well, but this was just a bit surprising. I also thought I saw that a restaurant was listed, but there was no restaurant, just a bar. Still, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so this was not a deal breaker. My husband mentioned the breakfast "chef" was pretty grumpy and frustrated. Aside from this, there were no issues. And I rated the staff as excellent, because the front desk lady was so welcoming and amazing.

Parking costs not told about beforehand. Had to ask for glass glasses as all the room had was plastic and cardboard. No fan in bathroom and no way to open the window rather than use the AC. After Covid, fresh air should be available in each room!
