We slept in a little so we missed the breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had an entertaining morning watching a guy who pulled his rental truck and car trailer to the rear of the building and had no u-turn space. Very comical watching a Tesla driver try to back up a truck and trailer, epic failure but funny to watch!

Bed was a little firm for me. Getting to the property follow GPS has you turning in through another hotels parking lot.

Cleanliness and some of the staff professionalism

Only one thing the bed and frame didn't match and my wife hurt herself badly . She did tell the day time staff. She was kinda rude. But other then that our stay was great

I liked that the room was clean and still a pet approved room. Some hotels put pet travelers in dingy basements or messy, stinky “smoker rooms”. The room we stayed in was on 3rd floor and quite nice.

The staff were friendly and there was an overall friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast, loved the waffles. It was clean and it's wonderful to have a full size fridge and kitchen sink.

Their brand of "queen" beds are really like fulls and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The pull out couch is only separated from the main bed by a curtain, not in a separate living space like in some hotel suites.

Clean Comvenient checkin Friendly Manager and reception staff Games cabinet - helpful staff saw our kids were restless and showed us. So nice

Breakfast closed at 9:30, 🕤 breakfast staff did not ask if we needed anything else from breakfast and closed it 5 minutes early

I loved it, the room has a kitchen, bigger then usual fridge, a seating area with sofa/bed it was my first time with them and all I was expecting was regular hotel room but I got so much more

I reserved a suite for my parent during the Christmas holiday. My parents raved about the room and how nice all the staff were to them. They really enjoyed the stay here. It was a perfect location.

The rooms are really spacious and comfortable

Pots wouldn’t work with the magnetic cook top or the cook top wasn’t working properly

Everything! It was very clean. The staff members were so accommodating. Breakfast 🥞 was delightful.
