The sheets on the bed where bleached to death which made them dry and itchy. I would think they consider some softener for there sheets is much need for comfort. Coffee pot in 216 dose not work

The room was very clean and the water was hot for a nice bath.

We had to move rooms because the first room had a broken heater (didn’t work), broken shower head (it partially sprayed the ceiling at the joint), wall outlet hanging out of wall and it didn’t work. The fridge couldn’t open because the bed was too close to it and it opened to the wall. The second room also had an outlet hanging out of wall and the shower didn’t drain as well as the ceiling tile was bubbled out like it was going to bust at any moment and the door to the hall broken in the middle where the top and bottom opened separately because it was so flexed. We had to return to the front desk at least 7 times to get the keys to work.

I originally booked it because it had a pool

We got there there was no working pool and they charge a $50 refundable deposit

Nothing! It was so much worse then last year! Definitely will find a different place from now on !!

Dirty, just awful!

Worker walked in my room while i was in the bed . Roaches everywhere . Kids screaming and jumping all night !

I found roaches in the bathroom and they advertised a pool and before booking did not let us know the pool wouldn’t be swimmable and that’s the ONLY reason we booked this location and probably won’t ever again it was disgusting on the inside and smelled like cigarettes so bad it gave me a head ache all night

There was no breakfast...

Everything could of been better literally everything....pool wasn't in use...mold n bathroom..hair under bathroom sink from someone shaving..TV was on when we first entered room...side doors don't work u can literally push them open...glass in parking lot...no vending or coke machine...microwave coffeepot don't work have to go downstairs to use microwave n get coffee...had to go down n ask for towels n they were handed to me unfolded with the guy telling me they r clean just not folded...volume on TV don't work...carpets thru out the entire place are filthy... ceiling tiles r missing...black ring in the bathtub...bathtub doesn't drain...in second room I booked it doesn't even have a microwave or mini fridge no rod n closet to hang clothes...I could go on n on

Cancelation fees. Deposit fees. No ice machine, no remote for 32 in telephone, all cabinet drawers were off hinges, stayed open constantly, deposit not put back on card immediately like was told to me. Never will stay there againHO

The heated pool was clean and nice

I booked a two room suite arrived to be told no suites there had to share a room with my sister and her husband not all the lights worked in the room the refrigerator did not close all the way

it gave my immune system the chance to strut its stuff and made me feel fortunate to have never lived in a trap house

HA. hahaha. ha. the fact that I booked it? the sketchy lobby should have been the dead give away what we were getting into.
