Caitlin at front desk was awesome. She was so nice and always was willing to help. All the staff was nice. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space.

Apparently there was a 8th grade thru highschool baseball traveling tournament. Wr had some of those kids across the room being loud after 10 pm. The gentleman at front desk apologized for the noise. This was not the hotels fault. I did hear the coach get on to them but they were very disrespectful to him and they seemed to get louder.

Beds and pillows were comfortable.. I like the lightweight sheets and covers.. breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Didn’t like the same feature on the air conditioner as I could not get my room as cold as I like it at night to sleep at 62°… if I’m paying $150 for a hotel room then I should be able to choose the temperature I like.. I refuse to stay with this feature.

The location was amazing and close to the main entertainment areas. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

The air conditioner had an issue and we had to keep it at 54* for the room to stay cool. The bed was super soft.

I loved the location , the bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean . The staff especially the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and told us about several places around town especially where to go see Christmas light displays .

the breakfast was not that great tasting . Great variety. Just not very tasty

It was okay. It's pretty much okay but not great. Would have been better with better fresh food options. I'm sensitive to a lot of preservatives that is in a lot of boxed bakery foods that is offered and the orange juice was old tasting.

The room was clean, fresh and sparkling white. The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was a hot buffet with biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, sausage links, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, pancakes, yogurt, and juices/coffee on the day of our stay. There is an inside pool and hot tub next to the gym. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Everyday was great!

The smell of chlorine and bacon on the first floor was great. But of course, I am an inhalant enthusiast! :-D

Slow elevator but it really wasn't an issue! Worked perfectly!

Free breakfast was nice , one less thing to think about, rooms were very comfortable.

The parking is crowded but it works

Best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed in. And as late sleepers, there was still plenty at almost closing time. Loved, loved the patio out back. We sat there every evening and just chilled. The shower head was the bomb! And really hot water with lots of pressure!

Everything was GREAT! I told the manager it was the best experience I have had at a hotel/motel ( and I have stayed in a lot). It was so much better than I anticipated. And for the price…well, hard to beat!z

Location, comfortable bed

Shower head and breakfast. Eggs were like powdered eggs and biscuits were hard on the bottom. The shower head had 3 settings, which none were good.
