Location was convenient. And staff friendly

The hot tub was not working and empty of water. As it was so close to the small pool I was concerned for children playing and climbing in and out of the pool, if they were to slip, it could have created a disaster! The empty hot tub was pretty deep, and since it didn't have water to break a fall, it could have ended in a severe injury. Plus, my husband and I were looking forward to using the hot tub advertised online. We have family in Bartlesville and they said the last time one of their family members stayed at this location several months ago, the hot tub was empty then as well. Wish I had known before booking that all amenities were not available.

Property was a nice location not far from things to do. Staff was good and breakfast was great.

Bathroom had mold on the shower tile under the door.. were water buildup. And parking should be for guest on, there was an event going on at the hotel, which I think it was prom and we had to park all the way down the road that night because when we returned to the hotel, there was absolutely no parking.

Downtown, easy access to restaurants, brewery and sight seeing. We felt safe walking around downtown even after dark.

Breakfast wasn't included but available. Good variety of food. I felt it was a little expensive considering I was told it would be $10 a person and it was $15.

I was grateful for the parking availability and for ease of access in and out of the building. I loved that it was downtown and I had multiple great eating options close to the hotel.

I didn’t like how incredibly slow the elevators were. Had there been a staircase closer to my room, I would have just gone the five flights down because the elevators were so slow. I also felt like the bed was too soft. I couldn’t get comfortable and ended up leaving earlier than I planned to because the bed was so soft that I didn’t get comfortable at any point in the night. the pillows were pancake thin too. They kept slipping behind the mattress onto the floor, which was very annoying. There were only four pillows and it took three of them to get my head elevated enough to watch the TV which was positioned too low. I looked for extra pillows but found none.

I liked that the room was spacious. We only stayed for about 12 hours, long enough to sleep and head out again so I couldn't rate it for long visiting.

The employee seemed put out to sign us in and took a really long time even though everything had been paid in advance. The employee also didn't seem bothered that a roach walked across the desk and hung out for a while, he didn't even acknowledge it.

I liked how comfortable and clean everything was it was a great experience and I will definitely be back soon!!

Well the front desk person didn’t seem to friendly and it seemed he was bothered by helping us or maybe he was just quiet I don’t know but I mean he wasn’t mean or anything just not to happy

I didn't eat the breakfast there because there is a cafe downtown I wanted to try. The coffee was quite good.

I wish there had been a clock in the room.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The location was close to many of the local attractions. The breakfast buffet was a good value if paid for as part of the room booking, and the food was good.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice! The bed was very comfortable.

The a/c was kind of loud when it came on. I don't like the feather pillows.

Next door to the gymnastics meet we attended so couldn't have been more convenient. The hot tub was hot and not crowded. Liked that we had the choice to have maid service or not.

Really don't have anything bad to say. The only hiccup was that one of our initial keycards didn't work but that was quickly and easily fixed.
