No food available but the Merchantile is directly across the street. The room was surprisingly clean and comfy. We had to laugh at the fact that the "square" pillows on our bed were actually doubled over and folded into the pillowcases. On our first night's stay I visited with the lady at the front desk for nearly an hour. She was so knowledgeable about Pawhuska and Osage history, and it was from her that I learned that the movie "Killers Of The Flower Moon" was filmed right in Pawhuska

So, the Frontier is located in the "Triangle" building and as such has no parking. But not to fear, they make parking available in a public lot across the street behind the PBM bank building. About a 1/2 block walk. The A/C was a bit too cold for us throughout the building, but the room could be adjusted to our liking.

Loved the hot shower with great water pressure! Clean! Comfortable bed. Only one tiny trash can by the toilet. Need trash cans by sink/vanity and kitchenette. Need hand soap at kitchenette. Nice cabinets that are all empty. A few dishes & cutlery would have been nice. Staff need more “people skills” for this type of hotel. Still, we enjoyed our stay. Obviously, a lot of work has gone into making this remarkable building into a unique hotel. Best wishes!

We enjoyed our room very much. The furnishings were very nice. I slept on couch, didn’t make into bed, it was very comfortable. Elevator was great, easy access for loading and unloading vehicles. Great location for visiting local businesses & restaurants.

Better lighting (brighter) in room. It was difficult to see to put contacts in and to put makeup on. It would have been considerate to have plates, cups, bowls and silverware as we had microwave. We could have used additional keys to room.

The location can’t be beat! Right across the street from the Mercantile and just in the heart of downtown. Can walk to most anything you want to do downtown. We put our name in for meals and went back to our room to rest and wait for the table each night. Sooooooo nice!

The only downside was there are no dishes in the kitchenette. You can get paper plates and plastic silverware from the desk but would’ve been nice to have an actual kitchen set up. Fridge microwave and coffee- keurig were all great.

Our room is beautiful, spacious and we love the historic charm! We loved the huge area for our bedroom, the handwritten note left for us by housekeeping welcoming us! ❤️ the bathroom is great and we had the coolest kitchen, refrigerator, table for 2 and they left waters and keurug items. The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful and here to answer questions and help when needed.

The room is pricey but with discounts through an ap I use I saved $100. The room is awesome, I just felt the original price before the discount was a bit high.

This historic hotel has been remodeled to current standards. It is properly themed for the area, but done with some class, nothing cheesy. The property and the area around it are really worth exploring. We found a number of activities that were closed due to our weekend visit, so we will be back.

That it was hot and dry, but it is Oklahoma at the end of summer. Many things are closed Sundays, but that is a personal choice. It is nice to see people taking a day off.

There are so many great qualities for this hotel. The ambiance and decor were spot on for the town and the reason for the visit. The room was exceptional and came with a separate kitchenette. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was super spacious with tons of character. The were 8+ floor to ceiling windows overlooking the town and the mercantile. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The location could not be better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in pawhuska.

The only thing that could be improved would be the temperature of the fridge. It did not seem to get very cold.

The room was luxurious. Nice Nest amenities. Clean.

Only got one tiny bar of soap at the sink and one small bottle of shower gel. The shower gel was barely enough for one person. The shower head had a water saver in it so it took a long time to shower. Also, the bed was super soft. Had to park a block away from the hotel, behind a tall building. Was told we couldn't park on the street in the parking spots.

Right across the street from the Mercantile. Excellent mattress. Large suite. Nice bathroom facilities. Quiet.

Very dim lighting once all the curtains were closed. Keurig didn't work in the kitchen. Needed to provide plates, cutlery. Some minor shabbiness: chipped lamp, curtain rings missing or hanging loose. Only parking was in the public lot a block away - probably safe since small town but not very good lighting there.

Did not have breakfast @ the hotel. The mattress was very comfortable! There was always plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower @ night. Staff was very welcoming & friendly. Location of hotel was so convenient. There was a leather chair in my room that was the most comfortable piece of furniture I’ve ever watched TV in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 😊🫶🏻
